You get sick (scenario chapter)

This chapter is a scenario chapter and has nothing to do with the original story line, ok?
So a little FYI, you and Gyomei are married in this scenario.

Narrators POV

(Y/n) had yet another coughing fit as she quickly sat up to make it easier for herself.

The coughing got the attention of her husband who was quick to be at her side.

"Are you sure you don't want to go to the butterfly estate?"
He asked worry written all over his face.

"Yes, love, I'm sure. I shouldn't pester Shinobu-san with a cold."
(Y/n) said trying to reassure her husband.

"If.. If you say so."
He said and got up to get some medicine.

He had earlier that week made the short travel down the mountain and to Kocho's estate to get medicine for (Y/n)

*flashback*

"Ah Himejima-san! What brings you here?"
Kocho said as she smiled brightly at the visitor.

"I need medicine for (Y/n), she caught a cold."
A small tear of worry escaped the man as he started to regret leaving her all alone.

'What if a demon gets in, what if she has another coughing fit, what if she gets hurt trying to get something?'

Thoughts of worry and discomfort ran around in his mind as Shinobu got back holding a small bottle of medicine.

"I believe this will help against the coughing fits if not I want you to take her here. Make sure she gets plenty of rest."

*end of flashback*

Gyomei took the small bottle and walked back to where (Y/n) was sitting.

He slowly brought up the bottle to her lips asking her to drink and she complied.

"Why does medicine have to be so disgusting?"
(Y/n) remarked causing Gyomei to let out a giggle.

You two ended up cuddling the rest of the day.

Ha! Hope you like this short chapter, even though I'm still sick I want to start writing the second chapter so look out for that the next two-four days and I'll see you all, go eat, drink and sleep if you need.
