"Tony?" Rhodes called as he rush into the house he glanced around quickly and headed towards the stairs "Tony!" he yelled again. Once he reached the lab his heart sunk, Tony was laying on the floor unmoving the arc reactor in his hand. Rhodes rushed over and turned him over "Tony, are you ok?!" he asked urgently. Tony shakily grabbed him.
"wheres Blake?" Tony asked breathlessly. Rhodes looked around.
"uh i don't know Tony, she isn't here or she would have come out by now" He said panic rising. "Obadiah is about to be arrested im sure she is fine" Rhodes assured him. Tony shook his head
"not she isn't, he has her" Tony said, he felt hopeless, there was such a small chance he could beat whatever Obadiah has created in his state but if he didnt he would lose Blake, "help me up"

Obadiah heard the door be blasted open and he quickly turned around, his suit was hanging from the ceiling and the little Stark was on the floor struggling against the handcuffs attaching her to the table.
"shut up kid" he hissed, Blake looked him in the eye and then screamed, Obadiah's eyes widened
"Blake!" he heard Pepper scream, he made split second decision and left Blake there as he dashed off to hide. Pepper came running into the room followed by several agents "Oh my god, Blake are you ok baby?!" She cried Blake nodded.
"which way did he go kid?" agent Coulson asked Blake ponted "good job, lets go" he ordered then followed in the direction Blake pointed.

"that is literally the coolest thing i have ever seen" Rhodes said in awe as the Iron Man suit fit itself around Tony
"not bad huh? i think the colors help, Blake picked them out" Tony said, Rhodes chuckled
"kids got taste" he agreed
"of course she does, she's my kid, now let's do this" Tony pointed his hand at a demolished car blasting it out of the way
"you need me to do anything else?" Rhodes asked as the suit powered up. The mask shut
"keep the skies clear" Tony responded as he blasted off through the hole in the ceiling.

Coulson loaded his gun the other agents doing the same. Pepper and Blake, who Pepper was caring, were in the center. They walked through another door and everyone carefully looked around as the group walked farther into the equipment and machinery. The rounded a corner and came face to face with a Iron Man looking suit
"that's his, he is going to use Tonys reactor to power it" Pepper said Blake looked at it in disgust
"he didn't even paint it, boringggggg" She said rolling her eyes. The adults looked at her in confusion, she had literally just been kidnapped and here she was making fun of a suit that had the power to kill hundreds of people. Coulson was the first to speak
"looks like you were right he is building a suit" he said going closer
"i thought it would be bigger" Pepper admitted, Blake nodded and glanced behind her.
"Pep" she said Pepper hummed in response "Pep it is bigger" She said worriedly Pepper turned around. There was a computer with a much bigger suit on it, there was also a platform with pipes and wires hanging down, it looked like something was supposed to be connected there, and they were sparking. Pepper carried Blake closer to look at it better as the agents spread out to look for Obadiah. Chains hanging from the ceiling behind the two rattled and Pepper spun around she walked closer. Suddenly bright eyes lit up from the dark and the sound a machine working started. Blake and Pepper screamed and ran towards agent Coulson. .
"take him out!" an agent yelled as the massive suit chased after the two, knocking agents out of the way even as they tried to shoot at him. Obadiah lifted a massive hand and smashed right into an agent causing a small explosion from the damage, then he continued running after them, smashing things as he went. Pepper stumbled and they both would have been caught but the Iron Monger got stuck trying to get through a concrete door. They made it out of the building and Pepper set Blake down, she quickly called Tony
"Tony!" She cried into the phone
"Pepper, is Blake with you?" He responded
"yes she is i have her right here, are you okay?!" Pepper said as she continued to speed walk away from the building
"hey dad!" Blake called
"Oh hey princess, im fine are you guys ok?" Tony asked
"yes, yes we're both fine" Pepper assured him breathlessly
"Pep is scared though" Blake added, Pepper nodded
"Yes that is very true i am scared" Pepper agreed "but Tony he has a suit!" she said urgently
"yeah i know, i need you two to get the hell out of there ok?" Tony yelled, over Pepper. Suddenly there was a rumbling sound from behind them. Pepper spun around but it was to late, Iron monger dug out of the ground and grabbed Blake.

Dun Dun Dunnnnn!!! i hate cliffhangers myself but now that i'm writing a book i think i like them more! I'm joking but there does have to been some cliffhangers after all it is a Marvel fanfiction. Anyway im pretty proud of myself. Two chapters in Two day! That's the best i've done in a while! Anyway have a great week everyone and i love y'all!!
