BRONX, NY📍Alex's room is now in the finishing stages of being fully furnished and his birthday is now within a week.
"Ight go straight back...watch out for the wall...turn to your right...go a little to your left " Xavier directed Ty who was helping him lift up the lightning McQueen bed into Alex's room.
"Ight carefully put it down now" Xavier grunted as they placed the bed down on the ground at the same time.
"Wow that shit heavier than it looks" Ty said, rubbing the sweat off his forehead.
"Nah you just a weak ass pussy" Xavier joked slapping him on the back and Ty gave him the middle finger.
"Diamond you done with the shoes yet?" Xavier turned his head to see if she was almost done putting Alex's new shoes into the clear bins but she wasn't doing her job.
Diamond was kneeled down on the floor with her airpods in and her phone in her hand laughing at the text someone sent her.
He sighed before walking over to her grabbing the phone out her hand.
"Xavier what the fuck gimme my phone back" Diamond sprung off the ground literally climbing on him to get her phone held high in the air.
"Tired of you playing this ignoring game wimme."
Diamond huffed folding her arms across her chest.
"Who got your attention?" he scrolled through her phone mid air.
"Nun ya business" Diamond tried reaching for her phone again.
"Thought you were done with this nigga" he showed her the open iMessages texts with Dre.
Like I said nun ya b-"
"You know I don't like you hangin with this nigga I told you he on some weird shit" Xavier glared at her.
"We haven't been hanging out we've just been texting" Diamond rolled her eyes.
"For how long" Xavier asked.
"About a week ion know" she shrugged her shoulders.
"Was it his black Chevy you climbed into the night you ditched me on our date?"
"I didn't ditch you were too busy sucking up to that girl's bullshit so I left. Paying mind to another girl on a date is very disrespectful especially when your focus should be on your date the whole time."
"I turned her down"
"You did?" Diamond raised an eyebrow.
Xavier nodded his head.
"Oh" she mumbled.
"Why does it matter if I talk to another girl anyways?" he looked at her curiously.
"Why do you care if I talk to Dre?" Diamond shot back.
"You like him?"
"Maybe I do maybe I don't"
"I don't want you seeing him" he said in a serious tone. Maybe he was a bit jealous but he cared for and her safety is on of the few priorities to him because Dre seemed a lil sketchy.
"Are you my daddy" she scoffed mugging him.
"Block his number right now" he demanded giving her phone back.
"No" she mugged him turning around to continue her job.
Xavier grabbed the back of her neck and dragged her towards him because he was tired of her attitude problem. He leaned into her and whispered into her ear. "You heard what I said its time someone put yo lil attitude self in check" he lowered his tone his voice going an octave deeper.
A chill ran down her spine. She could practically his third leg poking into her ass.
"Ok" she said in a tiny voice as she blocked his contact.
"Good girl now get back to work" he said letting go of her neck.

"Here take this you're skinny as fuck" Xavier said, handing Diamond the chinese food as he climbed back into the car parked infront of Cha Express
"I'ma take that as a compliment" she side eyed him.
"You hungry too lil man?" he looked over at Alex in the backseat.
He nodded his head.
"Ight mommy gon share with you ok?"
"So why can't you share with him" Diamond side eyed him again.
"Because I'm hungry as fuck and I been doing all the work from morning with the room" Xavier said which caused her to roll her eyes.
"C' mon come sit up here Alex" she patted the arm rest as she opened up her box food.
"You actually remembered my order" Diamond spoke with a look of surprise on her face.
"Yeah spicy chicken with steamed rice and spring rolls" he nodded his head.
"What you got?" she asked leaning over the arm rest to take a peak into his food.
"Shrimp fried rice with shrimp dumplings and beef"
"Ouuu that looks good" Dianond licked her lips trying to steal one of his shrimp dumplings.
"Aye!" Xavier yelled swinging his food away from her giving her a mug that meant what the fuck are you doing.
"What I'm just taking a piece"
"Nah you have yo own right there" he pointed at her food with his fork.
"Is just one" Diamond held up one finger.
"Nah eat yo food"
"Please" she pouted. She was looking at him with low eyes under her eyelashes that he couldn't say no.
Xavier smacked his lips before handing her one.
"You want one too?" he asked Alex and he nodded his head.
"Here you go" Xavier handed it to him. "Y'all bet not ask me for more" he said before taking a bite out of the dumpling as well.
"C'mere open your mouth" Diamond instructed Alex as she put a spoonful of food into his mouth.
"Good?" Diamond raised one of her eyebrows.
"Yummy" Alex screamed.
"Aye I got something for the both of you" Xavier said putting his food down on the dashboard before taking two tickets out his pocket handing each to the both of them.
Alex scanned over the ticket like he could read.
"No you didn't" Diamond's jaw dropped open.
"I did its for his bday coming up. We leave tomorrow" Xavier smirked nodding his head.
"What the fuck" she yelled. "Oops my bad" she covered her mouth remembering Alex was in the car.
"What's happening mommy?" Alex scrunched up his eyebrows.
"Baby were going to Disneyland" she spoke still staring in shock at the plane ticket in her hand.
"Yaayy!!" Alex screamed jumping onto the backseat doing his lil dancey dance moving his hips from side to side with a big smile on his face.
Diamond put her food up on the dashboard before reaching over the arm rest to give Xavier a hug.
He was shocked for a lil bit before he eventually hugged her back and he couldn't help but also smile because of how happy she seemed-well the both of them.
"Thank you" she said into his neck.
"No problem" Xavier replied
"I want a hug too" Alex tried squeezing in between the both of them.
"Ight come here" Xavier chuckled removing one of his arms from around Diamond to wrap around his back.
