Chapter 3:The Siblings

Giyuu POV

"CAW CAW you have a mission CAW there some dissappearance of humna near the mountains of North, Invistigate CAW!" she screechy voice said as she landed on my lap.

'Thank you Hana' i signed and pet her head ad thanks since im mute Hana was taught how to understand sign language and also translate for those who cant understand sign language.

I remove my kimono and change my demon slayer clothes and haori andngrab my nichirin blade and went out to my chambers the two birds soon followed me by flying and Kazaburou landed on my shoulder on the hallway i see the twins and told them about the mission and and gave Kanzuburo to them and went went ti my assigned mission.

Some time later

I was walking on the dirt path towards my mission and see Shinazugawa sitting on the grass but ignored him im more focus on my mission.

"HEY! TOMIOKA!" he yelled and ran up to me.

I tilted my head.

"So uhh..want to walk you to your mission?" he said while turning his face away from me? Why is he turning his face away from me?

I nodded accepting his offer. The two of us walked on the dirt road.

Later

"This should be it, 2 hour walk to your assigned mission" he grumpily said and turned to return to the headquarters.

He stopped for a bit and said.
"Oi, Tomioka be careful"

I nodded and wave a bye and went to my assigned mission the mountain.

2 hours later

I finally arrived at the destination. I was still at the foot of the mountain.

The mountain was pretty with snow covering the the ground and the trees was naked with no leaves but still has beauty to it.But the atmosphere is strange very strange.

I slowly walked on the dirt trail but my hand was on my hip ready strike.Low level demon finally appeared, attempt to kill me and eat me. I kept my calm and easily killed them without a use single breathing technique.

I ran on the dirt snow at the top of the mountain seing a boy and the girl trying to eat the boy but the boy block it with his axe i jumped to attack the newly turned demon but boy saved the demon.

Why? Why he saved that demon.

"Pls dont hurt her she's my sister" he begged.

Sister that demon isn't sister once turned, will never be your sister. I wanted to say that to him but i have no voice, I can't speak. I clenched my fist in frustration.

I ran to him to grab the demon girl. I pointed my blade to the boy i cant speak but the boy seem to understand he cam clearly seen my expression. When i prepared to stab the demon girl,the boy was desperate to protect her sister and angry. That's right, be angry turn you anger into your motivation to move forward.I stab her sister.

He threw a rock at me and block it. He keep running at me. And jam my hilt to make him unconscious. An axe flew towards i closely dodge i was close to being being butchered by that axe. He planned this this boy is very clever.

I was kicked by the girl and went towards the unconscious boy. This is bad. It gonna eat him. But i was shocked it protected the boy.I never seen this happened before.

The demin was hungry i can tell because the demon was newly transformed and yet he protected the boy.

The girl launched at me with her claws ready to rip me to protect her brother. I was dodging all of the attacks. Maybe this two are different. I sheathed my blade to its sheath and chop with my hands to unconscious her.

I hope i don't regret this decision of giving this demon mercy.

I tied a Bambo around her mouth and waited for the boy to wake up.

The boy have woken and grab her sister hand. He noticed me and protected her sister.

I have no intention of hunting them. I see potential on this boy because im mute i tap my hand on the tree trunk that i already carving Kanji what i want to say to the boy. Withat i vanished in front of his eye.
