Basically, there's this Dream and Sapnap fanart I saw once that's of Sapnap stabbing Dream and saying "Brothers?" And Dream says "Forever, man..." While dying...
(I tried thinking of a backstory to the thing they said) Also, that one part of the lore when DreamXD said if Sapnap kills Dream Sapnap dies as well (with the death book) idk lol.
If you find anything in this book familiar, it's most likely from heatwaves/helium because I take inspiration from them lol.
