Ch2:"Wait what!?"

Peter pov

Peter:"That's great I can't wait to- Wait what!?" I said shocked

Y/n just shook his head and stared at the ground

Y/n:"I'm not sure about being a hero Pete... I'm not one to risk my life for just anyone" he told me

Peter:"you don't risk your life every time y/n. Sure there are days where death is a POSSIBILITY but not guaranteed" I told him

Y/n:"you would suck at being a salesman, you know that?" He laughed a bit

Peter:"alright...look, if you ever change your mind you know who to go to right?"

Y/n:"the hulk?" He joked with a smirk

Peter:"...your sarcasm is going to give me migraines one day" I rubbed the bridge of my nose

Y/n:"I'm aware" he laughed

Peter:"let's at least go on a trial run! Test what your new abilities are"

Y/n:"...alright. One night!" He held up his pointer finger

Peter:"alright. Follow me"

Y/n pov

Pete began to swing away leaving me on the top of the roof unable to follow him...dickhead! I jumped down and went down the stairs and then to the street where I saw him on a building scratching his head guilty. I simply began to jog on over but did get some weird looks so I put my hood up and continued. He was 2 blocks down so just kept moving forward occasionally jumping over a few car hoods.  I ran into an alley way where he was and questioned how he thought that would go.

Peter:"so uh...forgot you can't swing...but you can run pretty fast!" He told me

Y/n:"I can? It felt like I was just going on a simply easy jog?"

Peter:"dude! You run fast!" He told me

Y/n:"I do?" I asked

Peter:"yeah! Did you not notice you crossed like 300 whole meters In like 9 seconds? Even Usain bolt needed around ten seconds for 100!"

(Actually googled the distance of a block and his record for this.)

Y/n:"...neat" I raised my brows at this

Peter:"what do you think your max speed is?" He asked

(I personally don't know. Reddit says 100mph plus and the wiki says 200-500 so I'll decide later)

Y/n:"zero clue" I shrugged

Peter:"alright uh...so you can get around easily by running how about...jumping?" He said randomly

Y/n:"this is about the hulk joke isn't it?"

Peter:"...maybe" he said with an annoying tone

Y/n:"fine..." I shook my head

I crouch down and with all my power I jumped so high and landed with such force the dumpsters In the alley moved a few feet away

Peter:"Wow! That was a good 75 foot  jump! What else can you do?"

Y/n:"uh..." I looked over to the dumpster and walked over, kneeled down and lifted it up with just 4 fingers easily

(Alex and heller can rip apart heavily armored M1A2 Abrams which are roughly 68 tons and heller has been seen Tearing off the turrets like picking carrots)

Peter:"so enhanced strength,speed and agility this is good let's go save someone and you can go home. Sound good?"

Y/n:"fine" I followed him by running through the streets as he swung above
