"CHAPTER THIRTEEN" "The Mall"
IT HAS BEEN A FEW DAYS AND THE MARAUDERS ARE ENJOYING THEMSELVES. Vanya's neighbours couldn't survive James, Sirus and Remus's prank. They are 17 so they are allowed to do magic outside school and let's just say they are using it pretty well.
Today Mr Greene told her daughter to take them to the mall. Now expect Lily none of them saw/know what a 'mall' is.
"What even is that?" James asked from the couch
"You can find everything in the mall," said Vanya who was a bit confused cause she didn't know what to explain to them. (She is not in Ravenclaw for a reason)
"Everything?" James repeated "a full-grown black dog?" Sirius asked "not that," said Vanya
"We have you Sirius and that's enough," Marlene said. She was lying on the bed, holding a picture book "I will take it as a compliment" Sirius chuckled
"Get ready, all of you! We are going to be late" Lily shouted as she entered the room. She gasped "You all are still in your PJs? Get dressed now otherwise, I'll tell Mr Greene to leave anyone who is late" her face was bright like her hair. Then she walked out.
"How did she choose you?" Vanya asked James and everyone chucked "believe me it was my luck Ane" James winked
Vanya looked at James for a moment and blinked "what did you just call me?" James smirked "Ane" he whispered back "Don't call me that"
"And why's that?" He asked as he ran his hands through his hair "because Itan calls me that and I don't like it. And..." she stopped herself and looked at the floor "it reminds me of something. From my childhood but I don't know what"
Before James could say anything else, he was interrupted "If we are talking about choosing what about you?" Sirius asked, "what do you mean?" Vanya blinked "oh c'mon Vanya don't play dumb. We know you fancy Harry"
"We are friends," Vanya lied "really!" Marlene raised her eyebrow "yes! Harry said it himself" she said in a low voice "what about you? What do you want?" Asked James "well...I ---" she stopped
Everyone kept staring at her so she gave up. She felt safe telling them "alright fine I fancy Harry" She confesses and everyone shouted ---
"YES!"
"I KNEW IT"
"TOLD YOU"
"But I was telling the truth when I said 'he only sees me as his best friend'" Vanya complained
"ARE YOU SERIOUS?" James shouted, "no I am Sirius, Prongs!" Sirius said from the other side of the room
