She ran past us, into the kitchen and Billy went through the living room to cut her off. Stu drags me with him into the kitchen and Billy is standing there with the gun pointed at Sidney. Stu turned me so my back was pressed to his chest, an arm wrapped around my stomach. He threw Billy the voice changer. Sidney backed herself into a corner and Billy lifted the voice changer to his mouth. "What's the matter Sidney? It looks like you've seen
a ghost," he said. Stu moved us closer, pulling a knife out and running it down the side of my face. I flinched away from him and he chuckled, "don't be scared, baby.""Why are you doing this?" Sidney asked, looking between Billy and Stu. She looked at me and I held her gaze. I was too shocked to process anything. I can't really say I didn't see it. Billy was more sketchy since his mom left. Him and Stu exchanged looks all the time like they were having a silent conversation. "It's all part of the game, Sidney," Stu said. "It's called, guess how I am going to die!" Billy yells into the voice changer while pointing the gun at her. "Fuck you!" She yells back. "NO NO NO we already played that game remember? You lost! Just like the night before Stu and y/n played that game and she lost," he told her.
Sidney looked over at me but I couldn't look at her. My ears were ringing and it felt like the room was spinning in slow motion. I could feel my heart pounding against my rib cage. "It's a fun game, Sidney. See we ask you a question you get it wrong boogyah! you die," Stu said, making me flinch. He leaned down and kissed my temple, wrapping his other arm around me. "You get it right, you die!" Billy said, pointing the gun at Sindey. She was keeping a close eye on me. I was pretty sure I was going to have a panic attack any second now. "You're crazy, both of you!" Sidney tells them. "Actually we prefer the term psychotic, " Stu says from behind me. "You'll never get away with this," I whispered.
Billy looks at me, "Oh no? Tell that to Cotton Weary. You wouldn't believe how easy he was to frame," he said. I looked at Sidney and we both gasped. "Watch a few movies, take a few notes, It was fun!" Stu said, rocking us side to side. "NO!" Sidney cries and tries to run away but Billy stops her "Whoa!" Stu handed him the knife.
"Where you going?" Stu asked. If he wasn't for his hold on me I'm pretty certain I'd be on the floor right now. "Why? Why did you kill our mother?" Sidney asked. "You hear that Stu? I think she wants a motive," Billy said, looking over at me and Stu. "I don't really believe in motives, Sid. Did Norman Bates have a motive?" He asked. "No!" Stu said. And just because I'm stupid and I can now feel the hurt and anger building and taking over the shock I open my mouth, "Yes." Billy looks at me, his eyes almost completely black.
"He was a schizophrenic psychopath, a madman horribly obsessed with his mother, even after he killed her because he was jealous. That was his motive. Jealousy. He created her in his head after he dug her up after feeling guilty for killing her. That personality then would be jealous and possessive, for whenever Norman felt attracted to a woman, so "Mother" would end up killing her."Billy glared at me but ignored me and turned around to look at Sidney again. "Did they ever really decide why Hannibal Lector liked to eat people? Don't think so!" He said. And again I opened my mouth when I should probably just keep it shut. "Yes." Billy whips his head around a look on his face that said, "shut up or you're going to die." But I of course ignore it. "He was overwhelmed by flashbacks of his childhood traumas, his fantasies of revenge eclipse his sense of reality to such an extent he would kill and eat parts of some of his victims to rid himself of his horrors." Billy pointed the knife at me, "Shut the fuck up!" He yelled. I flinched away from him and he turned to look at Sid again.
"It's a lot scarier when there is no motive Sid. We did your mother a favor. That woman was a slut-bag whore who flashed her shit all over town, like she was Sharon Stone or
something. Yeah, we put her out of her misery," he said. "Let's face it baby, your mother was no Sharon Stone. hmm?" Stu said, close to my ear. "Is that motive enough for you? How about this? Your slut mother was fucking my father. And she's the reason my mom moved out and abandoned me," he said. I looked up at Stu and he looked surprised, like this wasn't anything he knew?"How's that for a motive? Maternal abandonment causes serious deviant behavior. It certainly fucked you up. It caused you to have sex with a psychopath. Same with you bitch of a sister over there," he said, pointing the knife way. Stu turned me around and pushed me towards Sidney. She grabbed me and pulled me closer to her. "That's right you gave it up. You're no longer a virgin Ooh! I said "virgin" Whoops!! Now you have to die, those are the rules," Stu said.
"Let's pretend it's all one big scary movie. How do you think it's gonna end?" Billy asked. "Oh! Oh! This is the greatest part you're gonna love this! Yeah you're gonna love this one. It's a scream baby! Hold on a sec, I'll be right back!" Stu said and headed for the basement. Billy pulls Sidney away from me and settles behind her. "You know what time it is, Sid? It's after midnight. It's your mom's anniversary. We killed her exactly one year ago today," he says and looks over at me.
Stu comes back up, "ATTENTION oh..look what we have behind door number three, baby," he said. He brings out Sidney and I's dad, tied up in thick tape. "Daddy!" We both say. Billy kept Sidney back and I ran forward only for Stu to step in front of me. "Whoa hold it. That's enough," Billy said.
Talking through the voice changer Stu said, "Guess we won't be needing this anymore. uh-huh?" He puts it in dad's top pocket. "And oh look at this ring-ring won't need this," he said, holding up a phone and putting it in his pocket too. "Got the ending figured out yet, girls?" Billy asked. Stu wraps his arms around me, pulling me tight against him. Normally this would bring me comfort. But now it just makes me nauseous. Come on baby, You think about it now, huh? Your daddy's the chief suspect we cloned his cellular. Evidence is all right there baby!"
"What if your father snapped? Your mothers anniversary set him off and he went on a killing spree. Killing everyone. Except for me and Stu we were left for dead. And then he kills you two and shoots himself in the head. Perfect ending," Billy says. Stu leans down closer to my face and whispers, "I thought of that."
