Welcome back to The Book of Shifters by yours truly, Tommy Innit.

Today's chapter: Ranboo.

Okay, so how do you deal with the tall man who can teleport? Well I'm glad you asked.

Thankfully he can't just teleport into your base. Or Wilbur's base I guess. He has to know where he is planning on ending up in order to go there. If he doesn't know where something is then he can't teleport to that something.

The best way to deal with Ranboo is to not get caught in the first place. But what if I do get caught by him, I hear you ask, well that's a good question!

U-Turns.

They're so useful for running away from Ranboo. When you're being chased by Ranboo, he is going to try and predict where you're about to be in order to teleport in front of you. So go in zig-zags and U-turns, and loops and be as unpredictable as possible when you're running from him. He won't be able to keep up.

I uh, ran out of things to say. (How did Wilbur do this?)

...

Aha! I thought of another thing to say about Ranboo!

He isn't very self confident.

Why does this matter? Well I found out in this last chase that the more unstable he's feeling, the more unstable his teleporting is.

He was feeling down because Tubbo was giving him the silent treatment. (Who knows why) His teleports would go where he wanted them to about fifty percent of the time. The rest of the time he was teleporting he would end up in a random place within fifty feet. It was so useful.

I feel kind of bad for him. I can't imagine having my best friend doing that to me.

Well, not that I really know what that feels like. But it's the thought that counts.

...

I have just decided! Wilbur is my friend now! We're besties! And he's not around to say otherwise so now I have a best friend! Haha! Suck it Wilbur!

...Okay, now what?

...

I never talked about Tubbo did I? Well, now is the perfect time to do so! I'm such a good writer! Anyway, Tubbo. Tubbo is a weird case. He is both really powerful, and really weak thanks to his power. The abundance of technology about makes him very powerful. Phones and televisions and trucks and radios. All of that stuff, he can manipulate to do his bidding. Within reason that is. He can't tell a phone to become a monster truck or anything. Still, he has a lot of power.

But what about that weak thing you mentioned? Well, ironically, it's the abundance of technology about that is making him weak. It's too much for him to handle, I once heard him say to Ranboo that it's like his brain is a satellite, and all the technology is sending him transmissions.

One time I ran into a television store and he refused to follow me because it was too much for him to deal with. Another time I chucked someone's laptop at him, I wasn't even close to hitting him, but he spent a while just clutching his head and staring at it. I felt bad for him.

It was also pretty funny.

...

Hooooly Sh**, I met Technoblade.

He is TERRIFYING.

He has pink hair, and he still managed to be terrifying.

He's just like Wilbur said, only Wilbur never mentioned that he was terrifying!
