11: A Caretaker For Gregory

"Oh Gregoryyyy~! Come here!" You made the kid a meal, and made the plate look a little fancy.
There was some grilled cheese, With a tomato dip, And a cup of chocolate milk, You added some cherry tomatoes for garnish, And crackers on the side.

You also had a small bowl on the side with some Mac&Cheese. Sunny laid eyes on it. "WOAH! That looks so good darling!"
"Ah, Thank- y- What did you just call me?" No, No way this'll end up as one of those Wattpad stories! No way! I'm not special enough!

Sun gave you a simple smile. "If I was Gregory, I'd be very happy that you're here!"
Yeah, You were pretty flustered.

Gregory came sprinting around the corner, And peaked at the food. He was practically drooling.
Poor kid... Probably hasn't had a decent meal in years..

"Is- This for.. Me?"
"Yes it is! Eat up! I'll start to fix your friends up tomorrow!"
He completely stuffed the food down. He looked like he hasn't eaten in ages.

Once he finished, He sat back on the chair, looking as though he was satisfied. You pulled out a plate with a cupcake on it. He stared in awe. "REALLY?"
"Mhm! Go on!"
He gobbled it down, Then ran up, Giving you a tight hug. "Thank you SO much Y/n..!"

Looking over, You noticed Sun staring at you, While sitting down in a corner. He gave you a smile when you two made eye-contact.
"You should get some sleep Y/n! Tomorrow is going to be a LONG day! You too Gregory! Come! Come! Come! I could have Moon tuck you in!"

Sun shooed Gregory up to his room. "I'll be upstairs in a minute! Just wait in my room for a little!"

You cleaned up the kitchen a bit, And made yourself a hot glass of milk. Then you decided to wash the dishes quickly. When you went upstairs, Nobody was out. You took the guess, that they all found rooms they wanted, And were charging. Shut off. And possibly Gregory May have been asleep by now.

Does this mean I'm Gregorys caretaker now? Or- something like that?

You went to your room, And on the door, right underneath your name tag, there was a little post-it, That read:
'& Sun! :)'

So the full thing read, 'Y/n! & Sun! :)'

You smiled a little bit, Finding it a tad cute.

You opened up the door, And spotted Sun sitting on the floor, next to your bed. Kicking his legs a little.
"Hey Sun.." You said in a hushed tone, If Gregory wasn't asleep, It'd probably be hard for him to sleep. Especially if there was loud talking.

"I'm super proud of Moon! He was able to put Gregory to sleep calmly! Just like his old self!" He said with a lot of energy, But matched the same volume as your voice.

"That's.. Great. Good. Seems like you don't need to worry about keeping the light on then.." You let out a yawn you were holding back.
Sun looked up at you and smiled.
"You should get to sleep Y/n! 7-9 Hours of sleep is strongly recommend!"
You sigh, "I know.. I know.. Im going to turn off the lights mkay? You can shut off and start charging anytime you want."
"Alrighty! Good night Y/n!"
"Night Sunny."

You flicked the light switch off. A feeling of happiness bubbling up in your stomach. You laid down, The only lighting in the room being emitted from Moons eyes. He was still up, But you really didn't care.
"Night Moon!"
It was quiet for a second.

"Sleep Well Y/n." Moon hummed.
Then the room was still once more.
The peace pulling you into a rest.
