━After giving his parents medicinal potions and checking up on their health, James Potter entered his and Stella's room. He wanted to apologize to her for not spending time with her, for ignoring her, and for keeping her in the dark about the danger she was in.
James just wanted to avoid the inevitable.
But his intentions were put to the bin as he saw Stella whose face always emotionless while she sat on the edge of their bed - she had to quickly wipe out a fallen tear when her blue eyes that looked like were filled with guilt met his hazel ones.
"What happened?" asked James, loosening his snow-covered scarf and tossing it somewhere in the room before sitting next to Stella.
His fiancée said nothing and that made James shudder. He knew something was definitely wrong when he hugged her and she didn't hug him back, instead she pushed him away.
