The rest of the weekend flew for Florence.
When she woke up after that night, Derek had been back from wherever and explained everything to her.
Lydia using him to bring Peter back to life. Matt Daehler holding Scott, Derek and Stiles hostage in the police station. Him being the master of the kanima. Then him dying.
Monday morning before classes started, Florence searched for Allison.
She heard about her mother and wanted to check in on the girl.
"Allison!" Florence said, seeing the girl standing at her locker with a straight face. "Can you come with me? I wanted to speak to you about something."
Allison followed silently behind Florence until they reached the classroom.
Florence leaned on her desk. "I heard about your mother. I'm so sorry"
Allison tensed up but didn't say anything.
"How are you doing?"
Allison gritted her teeth before responding.
"I don't want to talk to you, Hale."
"Listen, Allison. I understand what you are going through. I just want you to know you can talk to me if you need to. I know this is a difficult time. Especially how you lost your mother."
"My mother killed herself because of your nephew. Do not try to talk to me about it. It is because of your kind she is dead." Allison stated angrily before storming out of the classroom.
Florence knew the girl was hurting and that she didn't mean what she said. But she was worried for her.
She took out her phone and messaged the one contact she hadn't touched in years.

Hours later she pulls up and sees a black SUV parked a couple feet ahead of her. Florence breathes deeply to calm her nerves before getting out of her car.
"What's going on?" Chris asked as he got out of his car.
"I know I'm the probably the last person you want to see, given the circumstances. But I'm worried about Allison. Has she been acting strange at home?"
