This isn't your fight

We come into Jamie's room and I look up at the picture Jamie drew of the incident. As I run my fingers over the paper. This was a familiar texture the feeling of paper and of the texture underneath. You really like that feeling. I hear Jack whisper to me with a smile in his voice.

Knocked out from a freak sledding accident I wonder how that could've happened Jack? Tooth playfully scolds him. Kids huh? He chuckles. You know Farr's if you want I can be your tattoo practice dummy and you can draw on me when paper isn't enough. It would be good practice for both us with human contact he tells me sticking his hands in his pockets smiling at me.

Tooth laughs, as she slips the quarter under Jamie's pillow. Farrah is quite the little artist although I'd love to hear her sing. She's always cooped up in her room watching movies but she loves those Disney movies mostly the Disney princess movies with all the singing and the animals. She also collects things for her spells in her spell books. Over the past 300 years since she came to the North Pole.

She *sighs* as she looks over at me rubbing her arms then looking down at the sleeping boy. This was always my favorite part the job seeing the kids. Why did I stop? She asks as I go over to her placing a hand on her shoulder as she looks over at me. It's a little different up close huh? He asks her. Yeah she smiles reaching over to touch my hand as she swipes my hair back. Thanks for being here Jack, Farrah I wish I knew about your memory I could've helped you.

When Farrah first came to us and we were asking about how she became this way Bob came to us. Bob? He asked. The grim reaper he's actually very friendly and I'd gone into North's office I can't remember why that's the part I do remember. He told us the story. And it's not mine to tell but it was so sad. She has to find out for herself but I wish she didn't have to. They're not memories anyone should live through more than once.

We kind of overheard the part about gentle touches. She tells him. The part about parents telling their children to be gentle and use a gentle touch not to hurt their siblings or the pet. Yeah? He rubs the back of his neck. She doesn't seem to object to small touches. As long as she offers the touch or allows it. She seems so comfortable with you. There's something familiar about her and about me to her that comforts each other.

You're the most contact really she's ever had. It took so long for any of us to be able to touch her but not Bunny. He still hasn't been able to get too close to her and Manny told him to be her best friend. And he's tried so hard but she's still scared of him. You're really the first real friend she's ever had. And kind of the only one. T: She really is just like me. He smiles sadly at me. As I look over the boy.

She told me she likes to draw. That she likes the feeling of my "tattoo." Hugs she likes, being held close in comfort or her hair being swept to the side. Little things. Most people don't care about the little things, but she's like a skittish animal if you move to fast. He gestures proving it. She flinches. It's ok, I'm sorry. He says reaching out his hand. I didn't mean to frighten you. But see I moved my hand closer to her slowly and she calmed down.

You're so good with her. She tells him. She's just like me he shrugs. But as far as I know we'll take care of you first and then it's Pitch's turn. He tells her. Here you are. I hear my dad call from the window. Hey what gives slowpokes? He asks us then asks Tooth how she's doing. Believed in she tells him. Oh I see how it is, competing together to make sure the rabbit gets last place. Now we were all together.

You think I need help beating a rabbit? Jack asks him, showing him his bag of teeth nothing compared to Bunny I whimper covering my ears as they start arguing. And then harder when I hear my dad celebrate his big bag of teeth before the light shines on him and we turn our attention to where it came from. The little boy Jamie is awake and Jack is happy he can see us but not all of us sadly.

It shines right on Jack and I but we don't show up. And now they needed him to go back to sleep and there was a dog on his bed he called it Abby when it growled at Bunny. But I can transform into a wolf. And it seemed to sense me after Jack and Bunny started talking about the kinds of things Greyhounds do to rabbits. She turned to me and I slowly reached over and pet her. As she licked my hand.

And then she rolled over as I rubbed her belly as she barked wagging her tail as I smiled. But everyone was distracted. Safe pet never seen something like before 6'1 nerves of steel I felt Jack take my hand and watched as he darted his eyes at me and the clock. Master of Tai Chi. And I covered my ears as the alarm clock went off. And Abby stopped smiling at me and chased Bunny. Sandy had a ball of dream sand ready to go and it hit Bunny and then Abby then Tooth and North it would've hit me if Jack didn't pull me out of the way.

And then Sandy caught Jamie as he went flying into Sandy's arms and he nodded at him putting him to sleep. I smiled with Jack at the sight of watching my dad's and Bunny's dream coming together to make dancing carrots with candy canes. Man I really wish I had a camera right now. Jack laughed. Sandy gave him a really look and then we saw nightmares flying off. It's ok he told me I'll protect you. He takes my hand and we fly out of the window leaving the others in slumber.

Come on Sandy we can find Pitch. He saw a nightmare and fired his ice at it. And pulled me with him when we got to the roof. I got it! He cringed when he raised his voice. Sorry. He apologized. Check this thing ok. Jack I whisper. As I cling to him. He looks up. Frost(s)?! Jack stands up and protects me. Get behind me Farrah he whispers to me. I hide myself behind him. He can't hurt you he tells me. He won't hurt you!

For a couple of neutral parties you seem to hang out with those weirdos a lot. Pitch tells Jack and I. But of course Farrah probably has no choice she's his "daughter" after all. Isn't that right little Clause? He tries to reach out for me his hand clutching at my chin to look at me closer. Don't touch her! Jack barks at him pointing his staff at Pitch. Hmm.... This isn't your fight Jack or hers. You made it our fight when you stole the teeth! Jack growls at him. Teeth? Why do you care about the teeth? Then Sandy comes.

Awe now this is who I'm looking for. Pitch says to Sandy. But when Sandy gets his whips out. I whimper in fright. Hiding my face in Jack's sleeve. The whips are bothering her he thought aloud. Sandy? Just push him. Instead he makes a sand creation come and attack that way its not him causing the harm. Is that ok? I don't like seeing anyone get hurt I whisper. Even if it is Pitch. But it makes me feel better that Sandy wasn't the one that physically caused the harm.

Ok. But hey Sandy remind me not to get your bad side. Jack tells him as we fly down. Y-you didn't even like seeing me get hurt. He questions me. Yet, you're still afraid of me, yet I can't give you nightmares you're warded. Hm.... Anyways, I get it you can't blame me for trying Sandy you don't know what it's like to be weak, to be hated. It was stupid for me to mess with your dreams. So I'll tell you what.... Uh oh I don't like the look on his face. Hold on tight to me don't look until it's over ok? Jack tells me. I'll protect you.

Jack I'm scared. It's ok, you're gonna be ok he rubs my back. You can have them back. Pitch says as a wave of nightmares comes rushing at us. You take the ones on the left I'll take the ones on the right? He questions Sandy. While we had left as soon as we had Sophie Jamie's little sister came into the room and started climbing over dad. And his snow globe came out of his pocket. She looked over and saw Bunny. Ooh pretty. Bunny hop, hop, hop. She says taking the snow globe in her hands and the warren shows up and she goes inside. Waking dad in the process.

They all pile into the sleigh still mostly asleep and he somehow is able to fly the sleigh without crashing it. Once they get there it may be too late.
