Bio: He's the Admiral of the Maizuru Naval district of the JMSDF and current commander of the JMSDF's Kanmusu Naval Task Force a fleet of Shipgirls who were tasked for fighting against the threat of Abyssals and also bringing them back into light, his goal is to save Humanity from the Abyssal threats that destroying Peoples lives and also retaking the Oceans from the AByssals, he knows the fact that some of the Shipgirls were originated from the Abyssals since he was served in the JMSDF during the Abyssal War.
In the recent events, he and his fellow Navy commanders will be shocked that they will meet the Shipgirls from another Universe where they fight a stronger enemy called Sirens, because of this he and his fellow commanders will find ways to counter them, if they would tagged with the Abyssals as well. Meanwhile the ALverse shipgirls/Kansens also see Vice Admiral Kenji as the Shiki-kan of their universe on how they act and lead the fleet.
PS: This is my original character based on KC Admiral, also he's the one who send Fubuki in the Naval district based on the Anime.
