"I'm here, apologies for my tardiness I had to run some errands to finish, now can someone tell me what actually happened?"

China said in a calm tone as he enters the room where all of the other ASEAN countries sitting on their respected places with a long table at the center

a lot of them are looking at China, more precisely glaring at him, especially Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia

China well know that he would be one of the center of suspicion that is why he was called here but he remained calm and kept his facade

"We will discuss the matter Mister China, please take your seat so we could start."
ASEAN said with his usual tone while looking directly at China

China sat down on his seat
still being shot daggers from the gazes of Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam

ASEAN cleared his throat
hoping to get the attention of the three away from China

"I believe you all perhaps know what happened I presume?"
ASEAN asked but nobody wants to say the answer

"Country Master Philippines was assassinated within his office during office hours with his central city Manila,
according to Manila's statement he was only visiting Philippines in his office as he then noticed something twinkling at the far side of Philippines' window, he became alarmed and wanted to protect his Country leader but he was too late, Country Master Philippines was shot on the head while City Master Manila was shot on his left shoulder trying to protect Philippines from the second shot."

Everyone was quiet, nobody wants to speak
surely everyone was in absolute shock to think that a country master would be assassinated in his own office

"The other organizations have also conducted an investigation towards the matter, Mister Philippines is okay and still breathing under the care and observation of the hospital he is currently in so I hope that'll ease everyone even for a-"

"It's probably that Chinese fault!!"

The silence was cut off by the fuming aura given off by Vietnam

"He had never been any nice to Philip! He's a greedy man just like that American!"

Vietnam continued pointing an accusing finger at the silent Chinese who appears to have no interest in talking back at the ragging Vietnamese

Vietnam grits his teeth clenching his fist under the table trying to control himself to launch at China and beat the sh*t out of him 

"ARE YOU REALLY JUST GONNA KEEP QUIET!?"

Everyone's attention drifted to the Malaysian giving the same fuming anger as Indonesia beside him

"We all know you're the only one who would only gain from Phil's death! You can have the PH sea all to yourself!"

China only laughed out loud from Malaysia's anger which everyone got surprised

"THE F*CK YOU LAUGHING ABOUT?! IS THIS WHOLE SITUATION FUNNY TO YOU?!"

Indo grits his teeth glaring at the laughing chinese

China wiped away his tears from laughing too much

"I'm sorry but yes it is indeed laughable."

Everyone including ASEAN was shocked in China's response that slowly turned into anger

"What kind of behavior is this China? How can you say such things from what's happening to your fellow country leader!"

ASEAN yelled
Philippines was indeed a pain in the @ss but he was a good responsible guy, he valued Phil as like his son including the other countries that is apart of his organization
and hearing China say such things breaks his heart

ASEAN doesn't just see the country Leaders as his mere co-workers,
he see them as his children
His FAMILY

"I'm sorry Mister ASEAN but am I really the only one who'll have any advantage once Philippines dead?"

China said with a grin

"What do you mean by that?"

ASEAN asked confused

"We all know that some of the people here have a non political issue with Philippines... Well I won't point fingers but from what I've heard in the previous years Country Masters Malaysia and Indonesia had some... Grudge against Philip."

Malaysia and Indonesia's eyes widened

"T-those issues were years ago! We are still angry from what he had done but we would never result into assassinating him! That's crazy!"

Malaysia tried to explain both himself and Indo, they did had personal grudges against Philip but they wouldn't surely go that far... Right?

"Are you sure~?"

China asked still having that grin on his face looking directly at the Malaysian

"Y'know even throughout history, personal grudges are what drives people to do unimaginable things just to fulfil their selfish feelings..."

Both Mal and Indo gulped from the intimidating Chinese looking at them with menacing eyes

"They would do whatever it takes even how sinister it can be"

China stood up slammed both his hands on the table not loosing eye contact from the two countries
While everyone else in the room flinched from his actions
Nobody ever imagined China in such behavior... It's like being switched from a calm and dignified demeanor into a terrifying monster

"Giving into their darkest motives in fulfilling their filthy desires as they dwell even deeper to the point that they won't care whatever they loose just to justify their selfish actions. Tell me Malaysia, Indonesia... Have you ever found yourself in those feelings? Have you ever wanted to go to such lengths to Kill someone?"

Malaysia and Indonesia couldn't respond
All they could do was to stare back in shock at China that was still giving out that menacing aura

ASEAN thought the accusation pinned on him was the reason he's acting this way
After all, he's a man that value his reputation and proceeds to keep all his fights in both politically or even personally “peaceful”

"Now Now, let's not get into any misunderstandings, let's just-"

ASEAN got cut off by one of ASEAN's staff that suddenly barged into the room that looked like they just ran a whole marathon struggling to breath in air

"Don't you know how to knock?"

ASEAN asked with an irritated look completely unpleased from the impoliteness of the staff

"I... I'm s-so ugh sorry sir but guh!"
Said the staff completely struggling to let out any word straight

"COUNTRY MASTER PHILIP HAS BEEN PROCLAIMED...

DEAD."

"P-Phil is what?"
I asked in total shock
and I'm sure everyone is the same

I look back at China
My eyes widen even further seeing him smirk seemingly pleased from what he have heard

'That Bastard!'

Everyone quickly exited the room to make sure the news were right

And it was...
They said there was a bomb that exploded in Philip's room and they couldn't find his body

I kept my calm and professional eminence to make sure my plan work

Everyone has their eyes pinned on me that's perfect, part 1 of the plan was swiftly  executed all we have to do now is. . . .
