My guys name here is Wilb L Watkins. Just like the D for Luffy, my L stands for Legend (Also my middle name is Lee haha, so works out, and y'all get why I use Legend a lot).
In this arc, Wilb starts off at the age of 18 (Had to change to fit storyline). I will go over my backstory later. But as of now. I am part of Shanks pirate crew. Second in command in a sense OR Quartermaster for the pirate people out there. So, yes, my guy is already OP, but that is expected. It is me we are talking about haha (No for reals I won't be one shotting everything like that. I explain more in my authors note in the next Chapter!)
Wilb already has a history with Luffy, which again will go over later. Gotta build up to that.

The scene takes place in the East Blue. I could be seen leaning against the railing looking into the endless sea.

At the top of the ship a flag waved calmly with the sea breeze. The flag had a skull on it, with two scimitars sticking out from behind its head. There were two red stripes that resemble a scar across the skulls eyes. It was the Red Haired Pirates flag.

I heard a voice calling from behind me.
???: You ready? We will be there soon.
I turn my head to see a Red haired man, well built. His face resembled that of the Flags banner. It was the ships Captain, Red-Haired Shanks, one of the four Emperors of the Sea.
