CHAPTER SEVENTEEN "SIRIUS!!!"
THE NEXT MORNING THE GIRLS WANTED TO GO FOR SHOPPING. They have to buy Christmas presents for others. When the boys knew about their plan they insist to join them, saying 'We also want to buy presents'. Lily agreed but Marlene was a bit mad.
"Why can't they go another day? When today we have plans" Marlene complained
"Maybe because Christmas is in two days?" Lily said,
"oh come on Lily, which side are you on?" Marlene said irritated "I thought it will be girls' day but they have to ruin it"
"Hey! We didn't do anything" said James
"Seriously?" Marlene asked
"Sirius - she is talking to you" James pushed Sirius
"Agh" she rolled her eyes and started walking in front
"They get scary when they get older" Ron muttered making James and Sirius chuckle
They went to a few gift shops and brought some items which they liked then they went to some other shops like clothes, shoes, jewellery (which were pretty expensive) then they had a Lunch.
The boys were holding shopping bags. Which according to Lily and Hermione was sweet.
"Come on Lene give Remus your bag," Lily said
"NO! I have hands and I am very glad that I AM USING THEM" Marlene shouted. She was still mad at them
"You also have legs, so why DON'T YOU WALK FAST" James shouted
"Don't you dare call me a slow walker" Marlen pointed her finger at James
"Well, you are" James smirked. He loves to make her mad
To his surprise, Marlene laughed "you're well aware that I beat up up few Slytherin in the starting of the term and I won't hesitate to do that to you" she said
To Lily, Remus and Sirius it was pretty normal and they were shocked that the two didn't kill each other at the start of the week
"You beat up Slytherins?" Hermione gasped
"Holy Cow!" Said, Vanya
"One of them was a girl," Lily said disappointed
"I already told you, Lily, she was being homophobic" Marlene said
