The sky began to dim.

"I wanna go for a swim." Lila groans and gets up

"You can't.. it wouldn't be safe right now." Y/N states

"Reid watch her while I make a call."

"You got it."

"Come on Spencer... come swim with me"

Lila walked towards the pool.
"Maybe we should listen to Y/N"

"Shhh she's in the bathroom." She jumped in

"Lila I really don't think you should be in there right now"

"Okay fine then help me out" Lila laughs and pulls me in

She leans in and we began to kiss.

Her lips were so soft.

I walked into the main room to see Reid and Lila out the window.

They were kissing. The moment felt so long

All of sudden Morgan and Elle came in. There had been some paparazzi taking photos. Reid and Lila rushed out the pool

Elle takes the film out and hands it to Reid angrily.

My eyebrows furrowed.
Reid was such a @$$whole. I looked down at my phone. 12:30..

And on the day we were supposed to have a date. It's like I completely disappeared in his eyes.

They came back in. Morgan and Elle visibly upset

"You guys went for a swim?" I smirk hiding my anger

"I-I just fell in." Reid said drying his hair.

"Sure you did. Like how I was just interviewing that actor." I sat down.

He stared at me his brown eyes never leaving my e/c ones

"I fell in."

"Okay Hotch is calling us back please call us if you have any other information." Morgan nodded

"Got it." I smiled

The seconds turned into minutes and the minutes to hours.

The guy was arrested. Or more the woman was arrested.

Y/N caught her. I was to focused on getting Lila out safe.

The ride back was quite. Y/N had been asleep. Her headphones on and head on Morgan's shoulder.

She felt safe with him. She felt calm and comfortable.

Was I not.. a place for her to feel comfort.

The last couple of days were quite. Off. Some would say. Y/N avoided walking near me and having to do any work with me. Everything I said she went with the opposite of.

It became a fight against brains between us two. We but heads and she became angry at the smallest things I did

Elle leaving didn't help our issue any less.

Our ignoring days became weeks and from there months.

Elle had been a woman who helped Y/N feel powerful. With her gone it change quite a little bit more than expected.
