It's sulking Hours mostly, Pierre seb and Leiws making me happy but Lewis' barely being able to get out of the car because his back is hurting so much after all the purpoising no comment

also @McLaren? What was that? like I get Lando is doing a better Job Overall than danny and I love Lando, but Daniel was within DRS for how many laps? ans instead of letting him pass so HE can Maybe pass alonso you tell him to stay out and stay behind lando so lando can maybe get alonso

POV Charles

An engine failure. As if the last races weren't going bad enough. It was his year they all said. Yeah maybe for the first four races.

It was disappointment after disappointment. Why was luck not on his side. For once he had a Championship winning car, basically the second fastest car on the grid and yet fate would still turn things against him.

Carlos and him had debriefed before the race was over. There wasn't much to say to begin with. Two technical failures in one race.

The only thing that kept Charles at the track was the fact that his boyfriend was doing so well yuki was sitting comfortably in p6 and Charles couldn't be more proud. Pierre in P4 was making him smile as well.

That was until Yuki's DRS broke and he had to pit again. Charles wasn't sure whether to cry or to scream. They fixed it with fucking ducttape.

When the race was over he went over to the Alpha tauri garage. No one really paid attention to him when he headed straight for Yuki's driver's room. They all thought he was there to see Pierre, but he didn't mind. Yuki would tell his team whenever he was ready and right now that wasn't his priority anyway.

Charles didn't know for how long he sat in Yuki's driver's room before the door finally opened. At first his boyfriend didn't even register him despite the small space.

"Baby?"

At that Yuki's head snapped up, looking at him with big eyes before siletnly walking over to him and falling down on his lap. Charles immeadiately closed his arms around his boyfriend and pulled him even tighter. Yuki was now straddling him each of his knees on one side of Charles' hips. The younger one buried his head in Charles' neck.

For a while they just sat there like this in silence.

"I'm sorry about your race. Today sucked."

Charles couldn't help but smile softly at Yuki's words.

"I'm sorry for your race as well. You were doing amazing out there. We were just both unlucky."

Yuki didn't respond just pushed his face further into Charles' neck and the older one knew he was embarrassed. Yuki never did well with compliments, but Charles had made it his mission to praise and compliment him whenever he was given the Chance to.

Pov Seb

P6 was an amazing result and Seb couldn't be happier with his own race. The fight with Lewis had been exciting and obviously missing the turn after trying overtaking ocon wasn't how it was supposed to go, but in the end he got there anyway.

Seb was also extremely happy for Lewis. He knew how nagging it was for the other that George was constantly outperforming him. Lewis was very proud of his fellow Brit and always open to give him tips Seb knew that. But he also knew first handed how much it hurt to be outperformed by your younger teammate.

On top of that Lewis' health was seriously suffering during this season because of all the purpoising and it hurt to see him in so much pain. If it was up to him Seb would've walked up and carried Lewis all the way from his car to the weighing section, but he couldn't.

So instead Sebastian sat in their hotelroom later waiting for Lewis to come back. It didn't take him too long and the second Lewis had closed the door Seb was at his side.

"How are you feeling? Is your back better? Do you want me to give you a massage or run you a hot bath?"

The worry was evident in Seb's voice. Lewis couldn't help himself and smiled softly.

"A bath would be nice. Preferably with you in it."

Sebastian punched his shoulder lightly in response, but smirked nevertheless, before Pressing his lips to Lewis'.
