Langley POV
I was in library, setting many books to their right place until someone enter.
???: "Excuse me, can I come in?"
Me: "Oh yes, come in."
It was Alexander.
Me: "Oh it's you Mr. Alexander. How I can help you?"
Alexander: "Drop the mister. Can you show me the book about history of this world, especially about Azur Lane's organization? I need to study it."
Me: "Sure. This way."
I brought him to history section.
Me: "Here, all this book in this section is history."
Alexander: "Thanks."
45 minutes later
Alexander POV
*sigh* So many things that I don't understand with this world. Even thought their technology somehow looks like in WW2, they capable to make this "shipgirl" live and act like human.
???: "Um, excuse me. Are you Alexander?"
I look at the voice source. It was from two girls.
Me: "Yeah, and you?"
???: "My name is Shangri-la and this is my sister Essex."
Essex: "Hello Alex. What are you doing here?"
Me: "Oh, I studying history of this world."
Shangri-la: "I see. Want to discuss it with us?"
Alexander: "Sure."
We discuss many things. And also I notice Shangri-la always writing all information in her book.
Essex: "What!? So in your world, I have 23 sisters?"
Me: "Yep, originally there were 32, but eight get cancelled. And you also got chance to using first generation of American jet thanks to your metal flight deck and several upgrading program called SCB-27A, SCB-27C, and SCB-125."
Essex: "Wow. And what about Enterprise-senpai?"
Me and Shangri-la just look at her, disbelieved.
Me: "Really? That's what you want to know?"
Essex: *nod with star in her eyes*
Me: *sigh* "Alright, just don't tell anyone okay?"
She and Shangri-la just nod.
Me: "Okay, she was scrapped at 1960."
She and Shangri-la widened their eyes, shocked.
Essex: "S-Senpai was scrapped?"
Me: "Yeah. But her part was transferred to her successor, USS Enterprise CVN-65, the world's first nuclear aircraft carrier. Also another successor of her, CVN-80, is a part of Gerald R. Ford-class supercarrier. Ah I also heard rumor about her future successor if I'm not mistaken."
Shangri-la: *surprised and writing in her book* "I see."
Essex: "So senpai has two successor, and another according to rumor will be built?"
