"Mahir", Bela called making Mahir freeze in his place
He din't know if he was dreaming or Bela was actually calling him.. he slowly turned around and found Bela standing infront of him a few feet away from him looking straight into his eyes.
"Mahir, what are you doing here?", Bela asked walking towards him
Bela was indeed surprised seeing Mahir there while he was leaving, she excused herself walking to him making sure he was Mahir only.
"Bussiness meet", Mahir lied on her face
"Here? As in here, in such a noisy place?", Bela asked surprised
"Um.. why not?", Mahir tried being casual
"Okay, if you say so.. is it over?", Bela asked
"Ya.. yeah, I should leave", Mahir said
"Arre wait, lemmi introduce you to vyom", Bela smiled
"Vyom?", Mahir asked surprised
"Yeah, Vyom.. I told you right?", Bela said
"Yes I remember, but ar'nt you here for seeing the one your dad chose?", Mahir asked
"I'm.. but apparently it turned out to be the same guy", Bela shrugged
Now Mahir get it why she's was being so comfortable with that guy and somewhere he din't like it.
"Mahir", Bela called seeing him lost somewhere
"Ahh.. yeah", Mahir looked at her
"Come", Bela smiled holding his wrist
She pulled him along with her to there table and Vyom seeing the both stood infront of Mahir.
"Vyom, this is Mahir.. Sumi Aunty's son and Mahir, this is Vyom", Bela introduced
"Hey Mahir", Vyom extended his hand
Mahir just nodded shaking his hand with his.
"Okay then, I guess I should be leaving now.. will call you in the night okay?", Vyom asked Bela
"Yeah, but before 11 huh", Bela smiled sheepishly
"Ofcourse, early to bed.. early to rise", Vyom laughed
"Okay then, bye Bela.. bye Mahir", Vyom said leaving the place
"You are going home?", Bela asked
"You ar'nt?", Mahir asked
"I'm, I said I'll cook dinner in the morning.. remember?", Bela asked
"Hmm", Mahir hummed still thinking of Vyom
"Cool then, I'll come in my car.. meet you at home", Bela said to which Mahir nodded
They both reached home in there respective vehicle and Bela greeting everyone and freshening up came directly to the kitchen to cook dinner for all of them.
"You like cooking?", Sumi asked seeing her
"Like? I love to cook Aunty.. but you see I be tired coming home and again standing for long to cook makes me more tired", Bela laughed
"Sundays is my cooking most of the time.. unless I have to go to hospital I usually cook on Sunday's while the rest of the days it's Papa's hand's magic which treats my taste buds", Bela smiled
"I remember, Raghav ji was a great cook back then.. Meera used to always ask him to cook although she can just because she loves Raghav Ji's cooking", Sumi smiled
