Elijah POV

BOOM I jumped up, grabbed my gun and pointed at the noise only to see my sister busting down my door. "What do you want Izzy," I groan, putting my gun down.

"It's time to get up, It's the first day of school" she yelled happily

" Ok ok, I get it I'll meet you downstairs ok" She nodded and walked away. How does she like School its literal hell?

Skip him getting ready

I leave my room and make my way downstairs to the kitchen. I see my mother making breakfast and my father and siblings doing their own thing. I make my way to my mother and kiss her on the cheek and tell her good morning and go make myself some coffee." ok Emily let's go" I say dragging out her name, there is honestly no reason for me to go to school as I've already taken over for my dad there is no reason for me to still go to school.

But Dad always says education is key whatever the hell that means. I think it was mainly for Emily or my brother Diago, my dad was forced into this and he doesn't want his choice to be taken away like he was, so just in case we want out we can do that since we went through school. But honestly, that's not for me. I enjoy this life.

Once we make it to school I see this badass car parked up front. Damn, I would like to have that car, anyway I park right next to it, and before Emily makes it out of the car I lock the doors before she can get out." really Elijah unlocking the car"

"Rules Emily"

"You want to go through this"

"yes, I do" she groans and sits back well rolling her eyes

"No ditching, don't hang with the wrong crowd, always have lunch with you, did I get everything big brother," said with annoyance. I get it we go through this every year on the first day of school, it's just this is my last year I want to make sure she'll be ok.

"And stay away from boys Emily, I mean it"

"Mhm, no boys got it," she said nervously looking everywhere but me'' Emily is there something I should know," I asked slowly nudging her" Nope," she said quite quickly, yeah she's hiding something, and if there's anything you should know about Emily is she can't Keep a secret. Shell spill eventually." ok have a good day bug, and remember if anyone is giving you shit i'll beat the crap out

"Okay now, can you please unlock the door" I unlocked the door, and with that, she ran right out.

Well, I was walking to my class and I ended up bumping into someone."Oh my god, I'm so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going I'm so stupid," she said as she was picking up her stuff as well as picking up my stuff and I look down to see this 5'4 beautiful looking girl, " I am so sorry I wasn't paying a tension I'm sorry" she says, how cute she's so small.

"It's ok Bellissima I wasn't watching where I was going, I'm Elijah," I say well sticking out my hand" Oh I'm Lilly" She then sticks her hand out to shake mine and when I touched her hand I swear I felt something she then pulled away

leaving my hand cold and missing her warmth.

"Lilly what a beautiful name"

"t-thank you" she stutters well looking down with red cheeks oh how cute." well I should get to class it was nice to meet you, Elijah," she says then goes around me to get to her class.

Eventually, I made it to my class not caring if I was late, I didn't care for school that much, and when I got there I saw Lily sitting in my spot. I walk over to her and tell her she was in my seat and she starts to get all nervous but she doesn't have to worry I don't care if she was in my seat she would have it for all I care. It was just cute seeing her act like this.

Lily's pov

Skip to the middle of class ( this class is English)

"OK kids since this is the first day of school were gonna do something easy, a little project to learn about each other, I want you guys to write a write a 4-page essay 2000 words ok, about the person sitting next to you,"

half the class ended up groaning and some just nodded, and I looked around me and I realized the only person sitting next to me was Enzo.

I turn my head to look at Enzo and see he's already looking at me with a knowing smirk. " so how is this gonna work," I ask him

"Umm how about today after school,"

"Yeah that will work," I say well nodding at him " So who's house," he ask's

"Umm how about mine," I say and he just nods saying ok, I then turn straight in my chair and pull out my phone so I could text my family.

Lily - hey guys I have a project, is it ok if my partner can come over?

Mama💗 - yeah baby it's ok.

Lily - thank you, mom
