Chapter 5

Lily's pov - skip to lunch

As the bell rang for my 4th period I packed up my stuff and made my way to the library which is the opposite way to the lunch building. Which is where I should be heading but I have my own lunch and I hate how it can get so crowded in the lunchroom.

As I make my way to the library I make a turn and bump into someone "we need to stop meeting like this il mio piccolo fiore," I gulp and look up to see the one and only Elijah, well he's looking at me he turns his head to the side well looking down at me and makes a little smile. It's honestly the cutest thing I've ever seen.

Translate - My little flower

"So il mio piccolo fiore, why are you over here when the lunch building is the other way,"

"Oh, I'd just rather eat in the library than the very much crowded lunchroom,"

"oh ok then, would you mind if I joined you, it could help with the project," Elijah says and offers his hand for me to take. And I just smile and nod and take his hand and we just make our way to the library.

skip a little time

As we sit down on one of the library tables and I take out my lunch. " So what did you pack for lunch," he asked

"Ummm, I don't know my mom just leaves it on the counter for me so I don't forget it," I say in turn he just nods and I take out my food and it seems mom packed me. A little bag of grapes and a container with fried rice and orange chicken, the bessssst thing ever, and a Pepsi.

Gosh, I love my mom, as I'm eating I look over to Elijah and see he has nothing to eat.

"You want some of my food," I offered him a bit and held my little plate up to him.

"No il mio piccolo fiore, I'm good don't worry,"

We then started to ask questions back and forth and I had gotten a good amount of notes about him, and he'll be coming over to my house after school so there's no need to rush things. And I was kinda feeling a little guilty. I had food and he didn't so I offered him again but this guy was just stubborn.

"here have some," I said pushing the plate towards him "Il mio piccolo fiore you are very kind but like I said I'm okay," he said again but no, not this time so I took my fork and put some chicken on it with a little bit of rice and brought it up to his mouth. "Open," and he opens and this is how I got him to eat. I had to feed him which I didn't mind but like come on.

And when I offered him my drink he wouldn't take it so I grabbed the straw I had with me popped that in and brought it up to his lips and did he drink it after that? Yes, yes he did cuz he's weird, cute, but weird but never mind that. As we continued the bell did eventually ring and Elijah ended up walking me to class. We said our goodbyes at the classroom door and then he went off to his class.

Skip to the end of the day

It was finally the last period and boy was I glad, I honestly had forgotten how boring school was. Once the bell had rung I packed up my stuff and made my way out heading for the front door when it came to viewing Elijah he was standing there leaning against the wall well talking to some girl. And as I started to walk up he finally noticed me and It made me smile when he smiled at me kinda made me just a little happy inside. I'll repeat just a little, nothing even serious.

And as I got closer the girl he was talking to came into view. She was beautiful, she looked about 5,4 maybe 5,5, She had beautiful dark skin and wonderful curls and she was honestly beautiful and I'm not gonna lie a girl like that would be perfect for Elijah. "Hey Elijah," I said as I went to his side " Hey Lily, you ready to go," I nodded at him and the girl next to him had said something.

" And who is this," she said well, looking at me in a friendly way.

"Oh Lily this is my Little sister Izzy, and Izzy this is my friend, Lily," he said well moving to my side and putting an arm around my waist I'm not gonna lie, that sent a shiver up my spine and created some goosebumps, I then stuck out my hand and said hi. Gosh, I can't believe I thought they looked good together. She's his freaking sister my gosh why was I even hiking like that.

"Hi Izzy it's very nice to meet you," I said well, giving her a good smile and trying not to look weird. " It's very nice to meet you, Lily, you seem like a very very good friend of my brothers," she said, shaking my hand and looking at his arm then back to him and smirking, then looking back at me smiling again.

We then started heading to our cars until a very loud and annoying voice spoke out.

" Lily, Lily," Someone yelled out and as I turned around I saw my big brother Max, and he did not look like he was happy. He actually looked pissed and as he made his way over here the first thing he did was, of course, push Elijah making a big freaking scene.
