Chapter 5: Sirius Black Has Arrived

Alaina still couldn't help but feel guilty about walking away from Ron and Hermione, when they first met, she told them that she lost both Hazel and Her Brother, she never told them how she lost them...

She tried to erase the memories from her head..

But before she could head back to The Gryffindor Common Room, she bumped into a Familiar person

"Alaina? Where are you going?"

"Oh, Claire, Hello, I was just heading back to my Common Room, what brings you here?!" Alaina asked nervously

"I was heading outside." Said Claire

"Oh, Good to know." Said Alaina

Claire looked at Alaina with concern

"Are you feeling okay Alaina? You look kind of nervous." She said

"Oh, everything's fine, I'm fine." Said Alaina

"Are you sure? Do you want to talk about it?" Asked Claire

"I have nothing much to talk about really!" Said Alaina

"Okay... but you better not worry me.." Said Claire

The two stared in silence for a minute

"Well, don't just stand there, let's talk about something." Said Claire

"Sure." Said Alaina

The two were walking down the Halls of Hogwarts, discussing

"So, how's your day going?" Asked Claire

"Oh, it's going great, well kinda." Said Alaina, muttering put that last part

"Well, my day is going pretty good, just as better now that you showed up!" Said Claire

Alaina blushed

"Really? You mean it?" Asked Alaina

"Yeah, hanging out with you is really fun Alaina, the way we danced under the Fireflies was magical, you really know how to dance." Said Claire

"Oh, it was nothing really, you're idea to sneak out anyways." Said Alaina

"I sneak out often, I mean, it's the least an Orphan like me can do.." Muttered Claire

Alaina looked at her sadly, where is her family? now she feels bad for both Harry and Claire

But then Alaina noticed something around Claire's neck,

A shiny silver necklace, with a type of Claw, as Claire slightly played with it

"Where did you get that?" Asked Alaina

"The Necklace? Oh! Someone at the Orphanage gave it to me, said they made it themself." Said Claire

"It's Beautiful, they must be really talented." Said Alaina

"Very." Said Claire

Alaina looked at her shoes for a second before asking.

"Hey Claire?" Asked Alaina

"Yes?"

"This is a very personal question, but do you know what you're Boggart is?"

"Oh, My Boggart, Well, I'm not a fan of small dark spaces." Said Claire

"Why? What's your Boggart? Why are you asking?" Asked Claire

"Oh, no reason, Just wanted to know." Said Alaina

"Okay, well, I need to go, If you need anything, make sure to talk to me!" Said Claire

"Okay, thanks!" Said Alaina as Claire walked away

Alaina really liked her new friend, no scratch that, she loved her new friend.

After Freshening up in the Bathroom, she headed to the Gryffindor Common Room, only to find the Gryffindor's panicking and talking.

"What's going on?" Alaina asked

"What's the Hold Up?! Only Neville forgets the password!" Complained Ron

Ginny walked up and said

"The Fat Lady is gone!"

Alaina looked at her three friends as the four of them saw the Fat Lady's portrait brutally slashed.

Alaina grew pale at the terrifying sight.

Dumbledore shows up with Professor Filch.

"Mr Filch, Round up the Ghosts. Tell them to search every painting in the castle for the Fat Lady." Said Dumbledore

A sudden loud scream is heard, Everyone runs down to the scream.

"There'll be no need for Ghosts Professor." Said Filch

Dumbledore finds the Fat Lady's portrait, as the lady looked like she was in a trance.

"My dear Lady, who did this to you?" Asked Dumbledore

"Eyes Like the devil he's got, And A soul as dark as his name! It was him Headmaster, the one they talk about, he's here in the castle. Sirius Black!" She shrieked at that last part

As the Students look nervously, Dumbledore makes an announcement

"Secure the Castle Mr Filch, the rest of you, To The Great Hall!" Said Dumbledore

Later at Night, the Students were all fast asleep, tonight they had to sleep in the Halls, they all slept inside of sleeping bags, and the floor itself wasn't really comfortable, but it wasn't uncomfortable either.

Alaina could barely sleep with all the Sirius Black Commotion and Professor Snape and Professor Dumbledore chattering.

"I've done the Dungeons Headmaster, no sign of Black, nor anywhere else in the castle."

"I didn't really expect him to linger."

"Remarkable Feat, don't you think? To enter Hogwarts Castle on one's own completely undetected?"

"Quite remarkable, yes?"

"Any theories on how he managed it?"

"Many, each as unlikely as the next."

"You may recall, prior to the start of term, I have expressed concerns about your appointment of Professor-"

"Not a single Professor inside this castle would help Sirius Black enter it."

Alaina opened one eye as she watched the two converse.

"I'm quite convinced the castle is safe, and more than willing to send the Students to their houses."

"What about Potter? Should he be warned?"

"Perhaps, but for now, let him sleep. For in dreams, we enter a world that's entirely our own. Let them swim in the deepest ocean or glide over the highest cloud."

Dumbledore and Snape walked away.

Alaina noticed that Harry also had his eye wide open.

They both flinched slightly, and Ron and Hermione slowly got up and eyed them strangely, before they could ask questions,

"STUDENTS! GO BACK TO SLEEP!" Snape Screeched

The Quartret went to sleep, still startled at the screech.

Snape sighed and walked away
