Okay, so for people who have read my previous book The Warrior and from there followed me into this series, I have a question for you people. Who is more badass? Katherine Herondale or Olivia Fairchild? I personally think it's Olivia. The warrior was my first shot at writing a story and now that I look back at it, I think Katherine's character had much more potential. She was more sarcastic and way.....how do I put this? Way too emotionally soft? Like she cried most of the them. Also, I didn't explore her bond with other characters much, something I have, or tried to do, with Olivia. She will have more interactions with other characters in upcoming chapters too.
Also, Olivia has pretty good fighting skills. Both because of her wolf insticts and angelic blood and because Valentine did actually teach her how to fight--while on the ship. Jace did too--will be shown in upcoming chapters. Also, Izzy and Ian will have a hand in how she fights too.
