According to Cody Emmit was found and surrounded. The manager post a confusing message but it again says something about crows.

The post talks about a timer which i'm assuming is Emmit's timer. Emmits life is gonna end to 2 days (from June 24, 2022), im assuming. The unclean hand might be Cody but they could also be Emmit or Em. After thinking about it the crows are probably people, maybe from the cult itself?
Edit- A group of crows is called a murder so it could just be them referring to the murder, which makes a lot more sense then my original theory. Any time a crow was mentioned it had something to do with being murdered. thanks to EmmaSmokes for that
The ruby raindrops are probably blood dripping and/or spattering. The deviant could be referring to another "traitor" of the cult. The order that was issued could be an order to protect Cody or it could be to protect Emmit in some way.
The error being found might be the person who broke the fourth wall? Or maybe its someone who found an error that no one noticed? i don't really know.
The lightning could insinuate that another "storm" is coming. An event that will change things or maybe even a fight.
I'm not sure what Em is talking about in the last sentence
