It was another crazy with Tankhun and the rest pestering Pete and the whole team who were busy playing together. Pete was so exhausted that when he came back into their bedroom, he fell asleep instantly leaving a lonely Vegas.

He walked out of the bedroom and it was already close to midnight, he sat alone at the seaside just right outside the main villa and he just looked at the sea.

"Mind if I sit here?" Kinn asked as he handed a beer to Vegas,

"It's not my beach anyways, if you want, just sit," Vegas responded as both Kinn and Vegas took a sip of the beer and for the first time in their life, this was probably the only chill moment they could ever ask for.

"What's up?" Vegas asked as he turned around to look at Kinn who looked surprised that Vegas trying to start a conversation.

"Can't sleep, how about you?" Kinn asked as he notices that Vegas was so calm, looking at the sea and feeling the breeze. This felt so foreign to Kinn, in his whole life, he looked at Vegas as someone who only wanted to win him and would do anything in order to win.

"Same here, Pete was so exhausted that he didn't even talk to me," Vegas grumbled, not looking at Kinn but just focusing on the sea that was in front of him.

"Talking about Pete, he seemed startled when big brother found the chains in my room and started playing with them loudly. -"

"Kinn! I told you to stop it with the chains!" Vegas shouted at Kinn angrily, almost trying to hit Kinn in the face.

"It's not me, Vegas! Also, can you not forget that Pete is our main family bodyguard before he becomes your wife. So they have tougher training than just hearing chains clanking against each other! Porsche realizes that Pete was so startled that he couldn't focus for quite a bit! So what's wrong with Pete exactly?" Kinn asked while he examined Vegas expression.

Fear and guilt were actually so visible on Vegas face that Kinn figured out that whatever happened to Pete was exactly because of Vegas and it was definitely during the time when Pete was held captive in Vegas's place.

"Can you do me a favor?" Vegas asked out and Kinn looked at Vegas for a while before nodding his head, "Whatever is happening to Pete is definitely something that impacted him a lot. Talk it out with him and make it work. He loves you a lot Vegas, he left us for you so make sure you do him right."

"Hmm... What are you doing Vegas?" Pete asked out as he realizes it was morning and Vegas was already packing their bags, but there was still a week or so left before they end the trip.

"Shower up, we are going out of town for a few days. I told everyone that I am bringing you out first before heading back." Vegas responded as Pete headed towards the bathroom and notice that Vegas had already squeezed the toothpaste and arrange all the morning necessities for him.

Pete was smiling happily, suspecting that Vegas was going to give him a giant surprise since Vegas sort of ruined the movie date.

"Vegas, why are we taking the boat? Can you just let me open up my eyes? God knows how many hours have passed!" Pete frowned and sounded annoyed but Vegas held onto his waist tightly, and his hands were having a tight grip over Pete's arm just to ensure that Pete doesn't try to remove the eye mask that was blocking his vision.

"Khun Vegas, please be careful." The boatman said as they arrived at the location, Vegas helped Pete get off the boat, and as they walked towards the main area, Pete had a weird feeling, something strange.
