Eventually we made it to the school and broke in, Max went to Ms Kelly's office and unlocked the door while the rest of us made sure no one was there, we went inside and went straight to the files
"Holy shit." I said pulling out files
"You found it?" Dustin asked
"Yeah, and not just Chrissy's file. Fred was seeing Ms Kelly too." I said pulling out Fred's file, we sit at the desk with, Mine, Max's, Fred's and Chrissy's files
"Can I see Fred's file?" I said after looking at Chrissy's
"Yeah." Steve said giving me Fred's file, and we saw they looked similar, and everything was the same thing happening to me and Max
"Rory. What is it?" Dustin's voice echoed
"Rory." I heard a sinister voice say and a clock chime, I get up and go to the clock chiming, and saw a clock in the wall, I stepped closer to it and then suddenly, I heard the same voice "Rory." I then snap back to reality and gasp, the others look at me confused then Robin and Nancy run into the room and I told them I saw a clock, they were confused, I took them to where I saw the clock
"It was here. Right here." I said looking where I saw the clock
"A grandfather clock?" Nancy asked, I nodded
"It was so real. And then, when I got closer, suddenly, I just..I woke up." I said
"It was, like, she was in a trance or something. Exactly what Eddie said happened to Chrissy." Dustin said, i shook my head and turned to the others
"That's not even the bad part." I said, we went back to Ms Kelly's office and looked in Fred and Chrissy's files again "Fred and Chrissy, they both came to Miss Kelly for help. Uh, they both were having headaches, bad headaches that wouldn't go away. And then...then the nightmares. Trouble sleeping. They'd wake up in a cold sweat. Then they started seeing things. Bad things. From their pasts. These visions, they just...they just kept on getting worse and worse, until eventually...everything ended."
"Vecna's curse." Robin said looking at me
"Chrissy's headaches started a week ago. Fred six days ago. I've been having them for five days." I said "I don't know how long I have. All I know is that, for Fred and Chrissy, they both died less than 24 hours after their first vision. And I just saw that goddamn clock, so...it looks like I'm gonna die tomorrow." I said then we heard a noise
"Stay here." Steve said walking away picking up a lamp, we slowly follow him and Lucas ran around the corner we all yell
"It's me!" Lucas said
"Lucas?" Max said
"It's me." Lucas repeated
"Jesus, what's wrong with you?" Steve said
"I'm sorry." Lucas said catching his breath
"I could have taken you out with this lamp." Steve said moving the lamp
"Sorry, guys. Sorry. I was...I was biking for eight miles. Give me a second. Shit. We've got a code red" Lucas explained to us
"What?" Steve said
"Dustin. I've been with Jason, Patrick and Andy, and they've gone totally off the rails." Lucas said walking to Dustin "They're trying to capture Eddie, and they think you know where he is. You're in terrible danger."
"All right. Yeah, that definitely sucks, but we've got bigger problems that Jason right now." Dustin said looking at me, I look down to get away from them looking at me.
