Chapter 101

alison pov

i was waiting at the airport.

i was looking at everyone when i heard, "ali!" i turned around with the biggest smile on my face, "spence!"

i ran over and she dropped her bag and hugged me tightly.

"i missed you so much." she whispered into my hair.

i nodded and smiled, "that makes 2 of us."

she picked her bag back up and we began walking outside to the car where paparazzi were catching our reuinion.

"god. is it always like this?" she asked and chuckled.

"on a good day? yes."

we both laughed as i drove away.

"god. wait until emily sees you!" i said and smiled brightly.

"how is em doing anyways?"

"she's good. she's on the LAKERS so she's super excited for the rest of the season."

spencer smiled, "that's great ali. i'm so proud of you and em. you guys came such a long way and now look at you. you guys are one of the richest couples in the whole world. bigger than Beyonce and Jay-Z."

i chuckled, "yeah. it wasn't easy."

"i wouldn't think it'd be."

"so how's aria?"

"good. hey are making a movie out of her book on our high school experience, a frenzy of sharks."

"oh spence that's great! that really is amazing. good for aria." i said and smiled.

"thanks...how is um. taylor doing?"

i sighed, "she's happy. and if she's happy i am. i just wish that she didn't have to be happy while being gone for a year you know?"

spencer nodded, "so. i'm guessing that you're gonna miss her?"

"yeah! i mean spence, tay has always been there for me and the kids. even emily. i want her to be here with caroline and mason as they grow up. not a absente mom."

"i get you want her here ali bbut you said it yourself. taylor has always been there for you. don't you think it's time to let her actually live her life? she's married ali. and doesn't she have another kid now? the magazines said she does."

"yes. brooklyn. she's 6. they adopted her. and i know i should be happy for her but-"

"it's okay to miss her ali but look at you, me, em, aria and hanna. we all still keep in touch but we aren't as close as we always were."

"that's not fair. we got busy with our lives, and work, and-" i stopped and looked at spencer, "i hate you you know that?"

she laughed, "love you too."

i rolled my eyes and kept driving.

taylor pov

"mama. you can't go!" caroline cried as we sat in her bedroom in my house. i told ali i'd watch the twins while she got spencer.

"i'm sorry baby. but hey. when i tour in the states first, you can always come watch. and meet my amazing fans. they love you by the way."

she smiled lightly and put her head in my neck, "i don't want chu to go."

"i know sweetie. i'm so sorry. i love you so much."
