The story begins 520 years ago the Hydro Yaksha Bonanus meets a man and falls in love. eventually she gets the courage to talk to this man later on they start seeing each other five years later Bonanus false pregnant. Only nine months after she gives birth to a beautiful girl named Kyoko. kyoko looks much more like her father having a much more human look but still having her mother's hair and eyes. But nevertheless, Bonanus was so grateful to be blessed with a beautiful girl but it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows A few weeks after her daughter was born she was given the news that The man she loved had died overcome with grief she did not know what to do she knew though that she would one have to continue with her duties as an Adepti and two take care of her child alone and stay strong for her. Luckily though she wouldn't be alone and taking care of her child for the adaptist cloud retainer offered to help take care of her when she couldn't so when Bonanus was taking care of her Adepti duties cloud retainer was taken care of Kyoko. five years later she was old enough to start her Adepti Training. Kyoko was blessed with adaptive powers but she was also cursed with karma from her mother Kyoko had a lot of karma not too much that she would go crazy but enough that it would pain her a lot so cloud retainer grabbed a piece of cloth and blessed it to help protect her from the pains of karma. soon after she started her Adepti training but Kyoko didn't understand how to use her Adepti power. She continue trading for 10 years Kyoko was still unable to use her adapti powers but she did become very skilled in Adepti martial arts. Even still Kyoko felt like she was an outcast every day though her mother reassured her that she was perfect just the way she was. Kyoko and her mother had a very wonderful relationship. faithful day when Bonanus and Menogias got in to a large argument no one realized at that time, but something is very wrong. kyoko came in to see how her mother was doing her mother said she was doing fine and she had to go somewhere little did kyoko know this would be the last time she would ever see her mother alive many hours past and kyoko decided to go see what her mother was doing knowing where she went she to the location when she was there she saw the Menogias and her mother fighting.

She called out to her mother but little did she know that be the last time she would ever hear her mother. her mother was killed that day her mask split into Kyoko grabbed the mask hoping that Rex lapis would be able to repair it.
