Instructions: Please scroll to your answer that you find fitting! There are yes or no questions down there! I hope this helps! It's sort of like a game! This is my first time doing this, so forgive me if it's done so unprofessionally and unorganized.

From what I know, Depression releases an illusion of worthlessness and lack of purpose. This isn't for everyone, since depression isn't something that is easy to hold down, but it can give a general feeling of what I said above. Sometimes, people who are depressed need someone who can listen but are afraid to reach out because they think that the other will either dismiss their problems as meaningless or switch the topic to something that is irrelevant or they get misinterpreted.

This thing I've made is a Yes or No Basis, 'I' am asking the reader questions and this is similar to a Yes or No Game, like I've stated above.

It serves as a motivational check list for things that any person needs to do to stay healthy, mentally and physically! The exercise stimulates some sort of conversation between me and you, okay?

Because sometimes, people need someone who can understand. And that's why this exercise had been created!

I hope you have fun and if you have any suggestions for questions or maybe helpful responses I can include in future options, that would be great!

Why not? There's no harm in sleeping! Everyone deserves rest; if you don't sleep, you can't do the things you want to do with full potential the next day because you'll move like a slug! :( So come on, just lay down and close your eyes! Relax for a bit 'cause everyone needs to relax. Yeah, school and work and responsibilities can really suck, man! That's why you need some rest! Alright, I'll go tuck you in.

You know, listening to beats or maybe some rhythm can help a lot! You can go set up a radio, if you have one! I mean, if you don't that's okay! You don't need to buy one, just close your eyes, maybe try to slip into a fantasy dream!
