Honestly, I'm writing this because I love Moon knight. I love that it shows real problems and how people can deal with grief differently. Though there's literally a talking pigeon. But I also just love moon knight. Ever since I watched it, I've been obsessed and probably watched it like 8-times from start to finish.
I also love what Moon Knight Stands for too. He kills evil before it can do anymore. I don't like Ammit. People can change. Like I could kill someone in 30 years, because I took the wrong turn, but that doesn't mean I should die now. What if I do a million other good things does that mean the scale still doesn't balance?
This story is gonna spoil everything. Layla also doesn't exist in this setting as much as I love her girl boss pussy slaying self. But there's gonna be a different character as a love interest. This takes place in the first episode where Steven doesn't know who Marc is yet. I'm going to give this all different povs like they are all different people. I mean they are but you know.
Also, Jake Lockey is going to be in this and I'm going to put my own spin on him. Honestly, all that I know is that he kills people like a henchman for Khonshu. So that means he's gonna be whatever I want him to be even if he doesn't follow what he was in the comics or show even though he was literally there for all of 2 seconds.
This story is not going to follow the show directly. Its kind of going to have the same plot line maybe, but I'm going to direct it however it suits my characters and story.
For this to be the only fanfic I've ever written about a show I've watched means I love it big time. I also could NOT FIND A SINGAL GOOD FANFIC!!!!! Like it's not that hard. Please can there please be one with all his alters and not JUST STEVEN!!!! I'm literally watching edits as I write this.
All three altars are going to be with the main character. I'm hoping not to make my oc not too cringy.
