Everyone decides to go to Basils house to have a "friend reunion"
Basically a celebration that the friend group made up. Mari sets up decorations and turns on a movie for everyone. Basil is cleaning with Sunny. Aubrey and Kel are making oragami. Then this just leaves you and Hero with nothing to do...

"Hey I'm getting really bored just sitting here!" I start up a conversation

"I know, usually I'm used to Mari baking with me or something.."

" Hm speaking of baking?.." I smirk at Hero

"Wait you know how to cook?" He asks me trying to annoy me

"Yesss Hero. I'm not dumb!"

"What are we gonna make though?!"

"How about cupcakes! I'm amazing at those."

"So you can't make an actual cake!" Hero teases me while flipping through a cookbook

"STOPP MAKING FUN OF ME!" I whine

"How does chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting sound"

"Great! Do you think the others will even like that though."

"Not sure but we're gonna make them eat it anyway" Hero laughs.

You and Hero start grabbing ingredients from the cabinet and get bowls and tablespoons ready. Then you two start baking

"Y/N can I have the flour please?"

"Sure!" I realize that the flour wasn't opened yet so I forcefully open the flour bag. It doesn't open still, "ugh stupid flour.." I think to myself starting to tense up. I open the bag more aggressively this time and I fall on the floor with the bag of flour falling on my face

"Hahaha!" Hero taunts me

"Why me! Just why..." I shouted coughing the flour that got in my mouth.

Hero helped me up brushing me off . "Well here's the flour you needed!" I laugh

"Thanks Y/N, I'm gonna tease you about that forever now"

"NOO PLEASE!!"

"Hehe!"

You grab cocoa powder from the counter and pour some in the bowl.

"Heyy!!! Hero this is for the cupcakes" I take the tablespoon of cocoa out of his mouth.

"Eh it tastes bad anyway!"

"Yeah no one eats plain cocoa powder!!! " I laugh at him

"You added so much cocoa!" Hero looks at the bowl

"We need this to be extremely chocolately"

"Mari was right about you having a sweet tooth."

"Come on, you can never go wrong with super chocolately cupcakes!"

"Okay Hero you can put the baking soda in there and I'll get the sugar!" I order him

"Kay!"

I hurry and scramble through the cabinets looking for sugar. "Yess found it!" I whisper excitedly to myself. As I go back to Hero he didn't even open the baking soda he was eating strawberries?.

"WAIT HEROO DONT EAT THOSE THERE FOR THE ICING!!!!"

"There's atleast 50 of them it's okay if I eat a few!" He says happily while popping a strawberry in my mouth.

"Hmph well you could've put the baking soda in there."

"Oh yeah lemme do that real quick!"

Timeskip •3•

You and Hero had taken out the cupcakes a few minutes ago, and now it was time for icing and decorating.

"Y/N the cupcakes have cooled down now, wanna ice them?"

"Sure I'll do this batch" I grabbed the frosting piper

I frosted half of the cupcakes, I could smell the amazing strawberry scent! I then thought of an idea and smiled to myself and looked at Hero to make sure he wasn't looking. I iced a cupcake with the bright pink frosting and then took white icing to make a heart. Definitely not for others reasons right I thought to myself

"Hey are they done yet, I'm starving!" Kel shouts to me and Hero

"Yep there almost done, Just two more!" Hero yells back

You and Hero finish baking and clean up the big mess you guys made, especially the pile of flour you spilt. Now it was time for you to give something....

I put cupcakes on plates for my other friends and I place the heart cupcake on a plate for Hero,

"Hey, I have something to give you." I say holding back a laugh.

"Hm what is it!"

You grab the heart cupcake and shove it in his mouth.
"Aww Y/N is this because you love me"

"Wait n-no!"

He laughs at my response then we both call the others to look at our amazing masterpiece.
