"CHEN XIU!"

"WHAT THE FU-"

"LANGUAGE YOUNG LADY"

"MOM I WAS HAVING SUCH A GREAT DREAM WITH HEESEUNG-"

Xiu rubbed her eyes as she glanced at the clock, ignoring her mothers angry glares being directed towards her

Her eyes widening at the time

7:02 AM

"HOLY SHIT I'M GOING TO BE LATE FOR PRACTICE"

The seventeen year old shot up from her bed and sprinted to the restroom

If it weren't for her mom catching her in her hands, Xiu would have fallen face first onto the cold floor as her legs continued to be tangled and stuck inside her blanket

Cursing at how her day had started pretty bad, she looked at herself in the mirror

"Damn i really don't look like a dancer"

Xiu said as she straightened out her messy hair and splashed the water onto her face

As soon as she came out of the restroom, a bunch of clothes were shoved to her face by her dear mother

"MA!"

"Go change quick if you want me to drop you else catch a cab and go to the class yourself, i'll give you fifteen minutes"

As soon as Xiu's mother said this, she closed the door, making the seventeen year old flinch from the large thud

"Tch"

was all young xiu could tell as she gave her mother a dirty look

Its not like the two ever had a good chemistry with each other

They were polar opposites infact

The mother, Fein Jing, hated dancing but ofcourse she had a reason for the hatred

As a Former Fencer, Her coach would ask her to practice new forms of dances for her to get more elegant with her moves

Which meant she had to take ballet classes which didn't last more than three months, Her legs were at the verge of falling off, she'd often come home late and plop at her bed, tired from practicing fencing and dancing

That explains one reason on why she gave up on her dream of being a fencer and continued to being a sports news anchor instead

Other reason would probably be because of her parents

Eighteen year old Jing never questioned what her parents said and was forced to quit by her own mother who never supported her daughters dreams, she was more worried about her daughter getting hurt and it didn't seem like a sport a girl should pursue during those times

Xiu on the other hand, who knew all this, was determined to not give up on her dreams on ballet

She wasn't going to let anyone, be it her own mother, to stop her from chasing her dreams and performing at every ballerinas dream theatre, Opera de la Bastille, Paris
