James and Lily Potter (nee Evans) got married few months after graduating Hogwarts. James went straight into training for the Aruor program. Well on a mission he was hit by a dark spell, due to this spell he is unable to Father children. All Lily wanted to ever be was a mother, so together they reaserch the whole of the potter grimoires. Until one day they found a ritual. They didn't care if it was dark or light. In truth the Potter's were a dark family to begin with and they would do anything for their family. The ritual they found called on the divine to help. And one such God answered their call.

July 31, 1993 Alessia Euphemia Callisto Potter was born. The couple were completely shocked to find out they had a daughter as Poseidon told them he has only sired male children.
