Ruby stared at the ceiling letting out a dreamy sigh, her mind painting the scene of the ethereal looking man she just had dinner with, she snapped out of her state when she met face to face with Donghyuck who leaned over the bed with a concerned expression.

"That's the eighth sigh you've let out in the past two minutes" Donghyuck said as Ruby pushed his head away. "Tell me more about Doyoung?" She said, leaning onto her stomach, watching the boy grab the skittle packet lying on her desk.

He sat right beside her, shaking his head and he looked at her expectant eyes. "Are you going to sleep now?" He asked, Ruby shook her head, "We slept enough in the afternoon didn't we?" Her mind went back to couple of hours ago when she, Donghyuck, Jaemin, Yangyang and Shotaro passed out in her room and slept for nearly three hours.

"I don't think I'll be able to sleep now" She mumbled and Donghyuck nodded, pulling her up. "Wait where are we going?" She questioned letting him drag her off the bed. "Want to practice in the combat room?" He asked as Ruby's eyes lit up, nodding.

        "Doyoung's part of the information and strategy team. I'm not sure how long he's been with the team but he was here long before I was and I joined quite early than the rest of us youngsters" Donghyuck said as he threw a punch, the girl effortlessly dodged it moving back.

"So is he like at the top with Taeyong or something?" She asked grabbing the arm that was aiming at her face, twisting it and Donghyuck had no option but to settle his knees on the floor, softly tapping the floor as she let go of his hand.

Ruby knew he let her off easy this game, simply because it was a friendly match and neither found anything grand in winning. Donghyuck had promised her before coming into the room that he would one day,  actually challenge her to a match — knowing how his ego is far up his ass, Ruby couldn't help but wait for the day to come.

The two made their way to the side, Donghyuck handing her a water bottle and dropped down on the benches. "In terms of named position, he's not. You see, we're not all about power. Though Taeyong's the leader, he's never taken any big decisions on his own. The elder ones like Johnny, Jaehyun, Taeil, Yuta and Doyoung have been around since the mafia started. Taeyong doesn't do anything without their opinions. They're technically the big ones." He said before he downed  the bottle.

Ruby closed the bottle as her lips pursed in thought. "And where does Kun come in all of this?" She asked, knowing the fact Kun was quite feared in this house. "Kun's our first Chinese member, he brought along the other Chinese ones. He handles most of the business in China and Thailand. Other than that, everyone's just scared of him cause he once fought Ten for making a hole in the wall. Everyone's just been scared of him since then" He chuckled setting the bottle aside.

Ruby couldn't help but bubble up a laugh, sitting on the floor near the air conditioner. "Why do you guys not put up lights here? It's so dark" Ruby questioned, she looked back at the door where the lights were dimmed and the fact that Donghyuck hadn't switched on all the lights since they were only using part of the room made the area look completely hidden except for the small rays of light.

"You pay for electricity bills and see" Donghyuck joked as he threw his empty bottle at her. She laughed and she grabbed the bottle that landed on her lap ready to throw it.

"What are you guys doing here!" A voice came out of nowhere, Donghyuck and Ruby let out loud screeches. Ruby felt her life flash before her eyes before she turned her head around to find Jaehyun and Yuta leaning against the doorframe laughing.

"Why would you do that" Ruby whimpered and her eyes started watering, no matter how much self defense she knew, she was still really scared of the dark. The fact that it moved her to tears was too funny for the rest of the three men to let go.

"You made her cry!" Donghyuck jumped out of his seat making his way to the crying girl, he held in his laugh while she glared at the two older men at the door. "Okay okay, we're sorry" Yuta said walking into the room.

"Taeyong says you guys can join us in the other room" Jaehyun said as Ruby got up, looking back at Donghyuck who shrugged. "Sure. But you beware." Donghyuck said, he flung his arm around Yuta's shoulders, walking out of the room with the male.

"What do you mean?" Ruby followed them out, "Taeyong has a habit of challenging anyone new he finds" Jaehyun laughed and Ruby stopped in her steps. "You're kidding right?" She asked but the boys left her behind. "Please tell me you're joking" She ran after the three.

      "Okay! He wasn't joking!" Ruby exclaimed as she ducked, avoiding the punch coming at her face. Her hand was twisted around and she dropped to the floor, Taeyong standing over her causing she let out a defeated sigh.

"You know when I said top me, this isn't what I meant" She said and Taeyong's grip loosened around her wrist in shock. She took the opportunity to drag him, twisting his hand holding him in the position she was in previously.

"Flustering people, the best defense mechanism." She said as she got off the boy, letting him sit up straight again. "I let you off easy" Taeyong mumbled and Ruby laughed walking over to where the rest of the guys were sitting. "Yeah yeah, that's what they all say" She said making eye contact with Donghyuck who scoffed.

"I'm serious though, I'll challenge you properly later" Taeyong looked at the girl who mocked him, he shook his head laughing. "I'm going to bathroom" She softly said and she left the room.

Jaehyun sighed looking over at Taeyong, who was laughing with Yuta. "What if we get attached?" Jaehyun said as Donghyuck looked over at him. Yuta and Taeyong's laughs fell silent, the men in the room in deep thought.

"I think I am" Donghyuck admitted, his fingers played with the bottle in his hands. "She's going to grow on all of us eventually" Jaehyun said. Ruby was a very unique girl and Jaehyun wouldn't lie — she was already starting to grow on him.

"What do we do then?" Yuta turned his head to look at Taeyong, who was silent. They were going to get attached to her because of him, he let them get attached to her and now how was he supposed to break it to them that he didn't want to let her go either.
