Yor scanned the hallway as she walked out of the bedroom. She didn't see Loid or Anya. "Ah! I forgot! It was Loid's turn to run errands today.. he did take Anya with him.." Yor said. She looked in the fridge and saw there was basically nothing. "No wonder they went.." Yor sighed.

"If only I could cook. I'd be a great wife! But at the same time.." Yor looked down at the ground. She loved her 'family' very much, but she only got married due to her job as an assassin and a party. She sighed. "Atleast this'll keep my cover as an assassin." She said.

"I should go on a walk.. I don't wanna be too lazy today just because Loid and Anya are running errands." Yor said, walking back to her room. She got changed into some nice clothes and headed outside for a walk. Her hair flowed in the wind as she walked towards the park.

"It's nice to have a little breeze.. it's a hot day after all." Yor said quietly to herself. The sounds of chirping and people were all around her. It  was nice to have some time to herself for once. She found a bench and sat down on it. She admired the scenery while children ran around the park and parents chased after them.

Deep inside her thoughts, she said, 'If only I could have children of my own.'.

"AHH! What am I thinking?." Yor immediately turned red and her face scrunched up. The embarrassment of even thinking about that made her thoughts scramble around. "I am thankful for Anya, though.." Yor said. She immediate thought she was crazy because she was talking to herself. 'I'm worried about my assassin job and my family.. will I have to sacrifice on of them later in my life?' Yor thought to herself worryingly.

"Ah.. are you okay there miss?" An old woman sat down next to Yor. Yor looked to the side of her and saw the sweet old lady. "Oh- yes! I am.. I'm just thinking about some things." Yor nodded and responded back.

"You look like a sweet young woman. Are you married?" The old lady asked. Yor nodded and smiled. She enjoyed the lady's company. "Hmm.. you're so young. Nobody could ever resist a smile like that. You looked like you were lost in your thoughts earlier." The old woman said.

"Ah, no worries. Im just thinking about my family." Yor said. "Oh, yes. I have a family of my own. Do you have any children?" She said while putting down her purse. "Yes! I have a 6 year old daughter, I'm her stepmom." Yor said. "You seem like a sweet mother. I actually had kids of my own, and they grew up to be great people." The old woman smiled. "Today is a nice day, huh? Where have they gone?" She said.

"It's my husbands day to run errands. My daughter went with him, so I decided to take a stroll." Yor responded back. "You seem to have a great family. What's your name?" She said to Yor. "Yor. Yor Forger." Yor responded back with a smile. "Ah! You're the woman that lives in that apartment complex. We live pretty close, what a coincidence." The old lady chuckled a bit and smiled.

"Really? I never knew!" Yor said in a surprising voice. "I've always wondered how to be a good wife for my family." Yor said. "Oh? Well, there's never rules to be a good wife. You really just have to follow your instincts, or do whatever floats your boat." The old lady said. Yor looked at her for a few seconds, then nodded. "You're right. I should really just listen to myself besides asking for advice." Yor said proudly.

"It's okay to ask for help, though. But not too often." The old lady added on to her sentence. Yor nodded in response and smiled. "Thank you for your advice! But I should really get going before my family thinks I've gone missing." Yor got up and waved the sweet lady goodbye. She walked fast to the complex. "That lady was very sweet. But she's right, it's probably best if I just follow my heart instead of just relying on other people.." She sighed. She had been relying on other people just to sustain a perfect marriage.

But she noticed that even if she tried to do anything different, her family was still there for her. She really enjoyed talking to the old woman, but she had to head home. She walked into the apartment and sat on the couch. Loid and Anya returned a few minutes after Yor came home. They were both carrying tons of bags full of stuff.

"Oh dear, do you guys need help?" Yor said worryingly and got up from the couch. "Oh no, it's fine. Me and Anya can carry the bags. Loid smiled and directed Anya to the kitchen, who couldn't see since she was holding so much stuff. Yor giggled a bit seeing Anya bump into the counter. "Did you go somewhere?" Loid said as he organized the fridge. "Oh, I just went on a stroll in the park!" Yor responded back.

After Anya and Loid finished with the groceries, they both sat with Yor on the couch. "Mama, I wanna watch spy wars!" Anya said happily. "Alright, Anya! Let me turn on the TV." Yor said as she grabbed the remote and turned on the TV to spy wars.

'It's just like when me and Yuri were younger..' Yor thought to herself.
*FLASHBACK*
"Yor! Can you turn on the TV for me? I don't know how to work it.." Yuri said, hopeless. "I'll be right there, Yuri!" Yor quickly put something in her bag before heading to Yuri. "So.. you just press this button to turn it on! See?" Yor said as she pressed the on button. "Thanks, sis!" Yuri had a large smile on his face as he watched his cartoons. Yor smiled. She had recently got a job as an assassin and had been doing well, so they could keep their home.

She had been using a code name called 'Briar Rose'. She is also called Thorn Princess. Nobody knows how she got so skilled in killing as such a young child, but she did have a good cover. "If only mom were here..' She thought to herself.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
'Wow, mama has little brother! That's means Anya has uncle!' Anya thought to herself with her eyes wide open. Yor was getting a little creeped out by Anya staring at her like that, but Anya eventually turned back to her cartoons. 'Anya is almost like Yuri..' Yor smiled.

'Is being an assassin.. really worth my family?'
