I cried while making this. I cried so much it really amazes me how something so beautiful can end in such tragedy. Even though I had seen the film several times and knew the plot, I still cried.

Future me after crying though:

Like for real this was me in the bathroom

Like for real this was me in the bathroom. ✨💀 (lmao I love putting memes from Pinterest in my author's note at the end of every book I complete.)

I mentioned in the introduction that this was based upon the film "A Walk to Remember," which is correct. You should all definitely watch it. Maybe it's just me, but I think it's underappreciated. Anyway, the film taught me a variety of lessons.

Here's a few examples:

1. Be mindful of how you treat others and think twice before saying anything negative about them. The tongue is a very powerful tool.

2. Don't take things for granted! Idk how much I can stretch this but seriously (speaking from experience) don't do it.

3. Forgiveness - being able to forgive.

4. You never know what is going on in someone else's life, which kind of goes along with the first lesson.

5. Love is unexpected! All around, whether it's with who?, when?, where?, and so on....

Yeah, thank you all for coming on this journey with me! I really appreciate you and I enjoyed "A Walk to Remember" so much. Hopefully, you all share my sentiments. As I previously stated, this movie holds a special place in my heart 100%.

I remember crying watching it for the first time because the sad twist was unexpected. It's the kind of movie where I think about it and my eyes just water.

Q/A: Do you guys have that one (or multiple) movie/story where you get that sad feeling just thinking about it?

(P.S. I understand that in the 1950s, people weren't as open-minded about homosexuality as today's society is or that people did not admire it, but in this AU. It's possible. After all, it is a Fanfiction.)

I ♡ you all and I hope you all stick around for any future books byeeeeeeeeee <333333
