Louis sees Niall still in the waiting room when he brought Mel and her siblings to the hospital and he knew Kenzie was still in surgery yet so it was only going to be a matter of time right now until they heard something about Kenzie and how her surgery went as well cause they were really worried about her and if the bomb was able to be removed safely as well without hurting her even more then it did cause it started to countdown it might have done damage to her body too
"Nothing?" Louis asks Niall when he saw Niall with his hands in his hair and asking why Kenzie over and over again
"Nope" Niall says as he was looking at the clock on the wall right now
"Hopefully you hear something soon" Louis says as he was going to sit with Niall as well cause Harry and Liam and of course Zayn was coming to offer support
"Yes hopefully I do hear something soon cause this is going to be a difficult operation and I pray it doesn't go off in the operating room" Niall says as he was looking at the clock on the wall cause time was going by so slow right now and he wanted it to go faster cause he wanted to see his little girl okay happy and healthy and not in any danger at all
Soon Harry, Liam and Zayn show up and the guys huddled together in one corner of the waiting room and they all said a prayer that the surgery is done in a timely fashion and that she is out of danger and is back to her normal self and that is not going to be easy either on her cause her recovery is going to take some time depends where the bomb was in her body as well
"The only thing I want for Father's day this year is all of my kids happy and healthy and nothing wrong with them" Niall says to Louis
"I want that Ni I want my kids happy and healthy as well sometimes you can't predict it" Louis tells him as they were still waiting
"I know that I just couldn't picture sweet Kenzi not here she is the light of my life she is the reason I became a father in the first place when I adopted her and her baby sister as well cause those two girls are my life" Niall says as he looks at Louis cause he was ready to lose it completely cause Kenzi was not there right now
(Four hours later)
"Mr. Horan" the doctor says as he came into the waiting room to get Niall and tell him about the surgery and how it went as well cause the surgery was officially over and the bomb was removed from Kenzi's body
Niall stands up and the doctor goes over to where he was with his bandmates as well
"We have removed the bomb from her body but it started to countdown, so we worked quickly to removed it and she will have some damage from where the bomb was and where the wires were too" the doctor tells him after a while cause Nial was waiting for a proper update on his daughter as well
Niall starts to cry cause he almost lost his little girl that day to a bomb that was in her tiny body as well and his whole world was going to come crashing down on top of him if that bomb was not removed
"She has a long recovery ahead of her and once she is awake you can see her and that won't be till the morning Mr. Horan cause she is still under heavy sedation as well so it will be a while till she comes out of it" the doctor tells him
"I want to see her though before she goes to her room and once she is awake I will come back and see her again" Niall says as he was wiping the tears away from his face as well cause he wanted to see his brave girl as well before he goes home
"Right this way then we will take you to her room where she is right now cause she is in the ICU still then she will be moved to a different room in the morning of course" the doctor tells him as he was walking with Niall to the ICU where Kenz was
Louis was going to take the kids home and hold off on the sleepover/performance for a while at least until she was all better and back to her normal self as well too
"Lou could you keep the kids for a while cause Kenzi will need me to help her for a while she is healing from this operation that she had to have cause of the bomb that was placed inside of her" Niall asks him cause the next day Niall was going to see about suing her old parents cause of this whole mess cause they had to pay the price for putting a bomb inside of her and almost causing her to blow up
Seeing Kenzi is next in time hopefully
