"Hey." Steve says
"Hi." Natasha says and looked at the lake.
Steve sat down beside her on the bench and they sat in silence for a while. Steve saw a tear rolling down Natasha's cheek.
"I'm sorry." Steve says, "For what happened back there."
"It's fine. The worst thing is that Peggy was right." Natasha says
"Nat..." Steve says
"I am an unemployed rich girl who has a business man for a boyfriend. I am always second, even with your parents." Natasha says
"That's not true." Steve says, "You will get a new job soon, and yes I am a business man, but you're a business woman. And my parents hate Peggy now, so you're first for them."
"Why do they hate her now?" Natasha asks
"They didn't know she cheated on me." Steve says and looked down at his hands.
"Steve... I'm so sorry." Natasha says
"It's fine, that's when I knew I shouldn't spend my time on a woman who will just leave anyways. That was until I met you." Steve says and grabbed Natasha's hands.
"Really?" Natasha asks
"Yes. You changed me in so many ways and I really like you for that." Steve says
Their eyes locked, for a moment it wasn't their sick game they were playing on the both of them. It was just them. No current plans to take each other down. Just them sitting on a bench showing their true feelings.
Natasha leaned in to kiss him and Steve did the same. As soon as their lips met they felt it was different. It was honest.
When they pulled away they smiled at each other. Steve got up and offered her his hand.
"Let's call it a day." Steve says, "Tomorrow morning we'll play tennis with my parents and beat them."
"Sounds like a good idea to me." Natasha says
The two walked hand in hand back to the house and called it a day.

It's been three weeks since Natasha quit her job. In the past three weeks she has been catching up on all the tv shows she wanted to watch and even binged new ones.
Today Natasha didn't feel well. Steve took her temperature and saw that she had a fever.
"I'll be fine on my own." Natasha says
"Nat, you can't even walk to the kitchen. You're coming with me to the office today. I will put you on the couch and be with you all day." Steve says
"Fine." Natasha says and threw on a hoodie and sweatpants.
Steve and Natasha went to Steve's office. Natasha laid on the couch and Steve put a blanket over her.
"I got a meeting right now, but after that I will be here all day." Steve says and kissed her head.
"Okay." Natasha says
As soon as Steve left she fell asleep.
About an hour later Steve returned and he saw Natasha asleep on the couch.
"Hey." Steve says and touched Natasha's arm.
"Mhm?" Natasha says
"I got you a sandwich, you have to eat." Steve says
"Thanks." Natasha says
"I will just be here for the rest of the day." Steve says and kissed her head.
He sat beside his desk and started to work. Meanwhile Natasha threw the blanket over her shoulders and walked to Steve while holding her sandwich. She sat on his lap and rested her head against his chest.
"What are you doing?" Natasha asks
"Work." Steve says
"I miss doing work." Natasha says
"You know my mother will hire you in an instant." Steve says
"I'll think about it." Natasha says

"So, what about a spa trip this weekend?" Maria says
"I can't. Me and Steve got plans." Natasha says and took a bite of her sandwich.
"What is more important than a girls trip?" Wanda asks
"I'm meeting his mom for a job." Natasha says
"So you're gonna work for the enemy now?" Maria says
"No. I'm gonna work for his mother's charity." Natasha says
"We haven't had a girls trip in weeks, you're always going out with Steve." Pepper says
"Well, he's my boyfriend." Natasha says
The girls became silent and dropped their food.
"Boyfriend? We knew you were fake dating him, but now you actually said boyfriend." Maria says
"Well... Someone could've heard us." Natasha says
"No. You actually like him." Wanda says
"I don't like him." Natasha says
"Really? So why don't you cancel your plans to spend time with us?" Pepper says
"Because." Natasha says
"She's not canceling, because then she will have a weekend without good sex." Maria says
"Maria!" Natasha hissed
"What? That's probably the only reason you can keep up with him, and you're blushing." Maria says
"Okay, he's good in bed, so what?" Natasha asks
"So there aren't any feelings?" Wanda says
"Not at all." Natasha says
"Okay, so how about a trip next weekend?" Pepper says
"Sure." Natasha says
"Great." Maria says

"Me and my dad will be outside, so when you're done we can have dinner." Steve says
"Okay, and thank you for arranging this." Natasha says
"Of course. Even if we weren't dating my mom was very close into offering you a job." Steve says
"That's really sweet of her." Natasha says
"Now go." Steve says and opened the door to his mothers office.
Natasha went inside and sat across Sarah.
"So, Natasha, as you probably know I really want you for this job. The charity needs someone like you. I know that in your past you've done a lot of charity work and you got a very kind heart. You would be the perfect person for the job." Sarah says
"That's really good." Natasha says
"So do you want it? We will obviously talk about salary and hours, I just want to know if you want it." Sarah says
"I would love to work for you Sarah. I know what you've done so far with the charity and it's amazing." Natasha says
"Great then we will talk business later, I can feel Joseph getting hungry." Sarah says and stood up.
Natasha laughed and followed Sarah outside.

I just finished writing this a minute ago and couldn't wait to post it since I haven't posted in so long.
Also this story might go a bit faster right now, since I'm slowly working to the bigger thing.
