𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐎𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐒 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐄 𝐈𝐓 𝐓𝐎 the outer banks, but weren't home just yet. they weren't in kildare, but they were pretty close. they had stopped at a random deck because they couldn't exactly wait a minute longer without getting any food into their stomachs. the girls had went out to find something to eat, leaving all the boys on the boat. sarah and kie had found some watermelon in a garden, the both of them picking one before they cracked it open, both of them getting a half each. rain was running through the garden, suddenly having a spike of energy. kie watched her with hearts in her eyes, knowing that she should probably go and stop her. but she couldn't bring herself to do it, letting the thatcher girl run around while she listened to sarah.
"oh, my god." sarah mumbled as she chewed on a piece of watermelon.
"okay, so you really got married?" kie questioned.
"wait, who got married?" rain asked, whirling around at the mention of the word. she had her shirt tied around her head, dirt being smudged up against her stomach and arms.
kie laughed at that, loving how adorable the girl looked in that moment. "her and john b."
"holy shit! really?" rain smiled, going to sit down next to her girlfriend. kie offered her a piece of watermelon, the energetic girl quickly opening her mouth. kie placed the watermelon into rain's mouth, earning a smile from the girl.
