Another date, chapter 23

"You ready?" Alex asked I nodded and followed him out the door when we got downstairs Tommy stopped us "hey big q, y/n, me tubbo Ranboo Wilbur and Niki are gonna go to the beach to vlog you wanna come?"  He asked "oh sorry Tommy but where already going somewhere" I said to the Child he rolled his eyes "fine have fun on your date" he said and walked away.

George looked at us from the couch, shit he must have heard Tommy why'd he have to talk so loud? "Where are you guys going?" George asked Alex looked at me then back at him "we're just going on a walk George" Alex said "now bye!" He added and and skipped to the door, opening it for me "thanks" I said and walked out.

He walked out after me and took my hand "so where are we going?" I asked him "that's for me to know and for you to find out" he said smirking at me I rolled my eyes at him but followed him as we walked down the street.

We ended up stopping at this ice cream place down the road it was cute it had two yellow bench's at the front of it and had ice creams painted on the windows it also had a cute Lantern hanging from the roof of the place.

"My lady" Alex said as he opened the door for me "well thank you kind sir" I said back to him laughing a little bit. We walked in and ordered our ice cream and walked back outside and sat at one of the tables they have.

"Do you think George knows that we're not on a walk?" I asked him, I mean I think that he would be ok with it but at the same time I don't know how he would feel with me dating his best friend "honestly probably not he's to busy talking to his dream" he said and after making kissing noises.

After we finished our ice cream Alex pulled me down to the beach (literally) we walked along the beach in a comfortable silence "hey y/n?" Alex asked and stopped walking "yeah?" I asked and looked at him "I um.....thanks" he looked down a little "for what?" I asked "for coming with me today, I really thought you would say no" he said "oh well your welcome" I said he nodded and I turned to start walking again.

But I couldn't because Alex grabbed my hand I looked behind me again "yes?" "Well I, I just wanted to know if- you know fuck it" he cut himself off and did something I wasn't expecting.

He kissed me.

And I kissed back.

I was surprised by it though, I didn't think he would like me back. It felt like it lasted for ever but really it was only a couple seconds he pulled away and smiled sheepishly "sorry I just really wanted to do that" he said and continued "oh fuck you probably don't even like me back, I'm sorry, oh my god I'm so dumb Ugh why am I so stupid? Shit sorry umm you wanna go back-" I had to cut him off before he continued "and who said that I didn't?" I asked he looked at me confused "what do you mean?" "Who said that I didn't like you back?"

His face went a deep shade of red "um no one" I smirked "well I do" and I didn't think his face could get redder, well I can use this to my advantage I smirked even wider and kissed his jaw then quickly pulled away from him "let's keep walking shall we?" I asked and he nodded his eyes a bit wide.

We continued to walk and then began to walk back home, once we were at the door he stopped me from walking in "y/n will you be my girlfriend?" He asked I smiled "yes, yes I will Alex" he smiled and kissed my cheek "good because I wasn't going to take no for an answer" he said and opened the door for me and surprisingly no one was in the living room or kitchen, they must all be sleeping.
