It was hard for him to squeeze time to go out into the mindscape to clean things up, as he was legally obligated and forced to attend school. If he does not, or even tries to get you or him to drop out, it will brew trouble from the director, and she will force the both of you to get jobs anyway. He knew they were just trying to waste his time - this is the main reason why it will take so long. He would just take the tests to graduate early, but he does not want to draw any unwanted attention to himself. Things are going unnaturally smoothly, though. He would have thought that people would blab about his eye color and yours by now, but apparently people have amber eyes, so they just chalked it up to that; and when Mable claimed that it was hard to see that his pupils are slit, she was not kidding.

Over time, you seem to have taken a huge interest in his "new" appearance and tried to interrogate him a few times. He could not help but let a little bit of bragging slip out of his figurative mouth, so now you know that he has a cult and that he is omniscient - he had to prove it, of course, as you demanded it and said you would not believe him otherwise, calling him a liar and a role-player. Now though, you ask him a plenty abundance of questions, usually coming in a questionnaire, of things you want to know about that you could easily find out from your new all-seeing source - him.

Rather than being annoyed by this, he is real smug about it. He feels like he felt when he was with Ford, but with different motives this time and a more casual tone to it. He feels that spark of egotistical joy he got from teaching and "mentoring" Stanford, but way more prominent with you. You make that curious little Stanford look like an uninterested teen sitting through a college lecture. Perhaps it is because you are younger than Standford, and Stanford did not know nor have the comfort of knowing Bill his whole short little life, but you knew Bill since the day you were born. There is a level of comfort that comes with that. While Bill does notice that he leaves you nervous sometimes, that is just a result of your school environment, and you will grow out of that nervousness eventually. He needs you to be open with him so that he knows what is going on inside of that head of yours so he can sense if you are going to back out on him when he lets you in on his plan.

While you do seem to be tied to morals, he is the most important thing in your life, believe it or not. You follow him around like a baby chick, and get restless when he is gone. Him and you have been conjoined at the hip for such a long time, that losing him would be too hard on you. He has been building up that comradery since you were five years of age, though you still only feel comfortable committing petty crimes that you know you and him can get away with, whether that be stealing candy or objects from someone else in the orphanage or trying to use Bill to get information on people to steal passwords and find out useful things about those around you. That last part he finds rather cute, but he does not have time for such things. Only a sliver of the time he spends in the mindscape is used on things other than clean-up and planning, like humoring you.

He does humor you from time-to-time though.

"Is Justin Bieber really in the illuminati?" You smile at him as you lay on your bed, snug in your pajamas, though now having to change your sleeping position as he predicted you would when you started growing after hitting puberty.

"Kid, he begged to join." He floats at the side of your bed. Despite having a shared bedroom, you are the only one currently in here as you went to bed early - at eight o'clock at night whilst the others usually go to bed at ten o'clock or later. This is because you felt unusually tired after staying up way too late last night playing video games on the new computer that they replaced that old one with, courtesy of Bill pulling some strings to land some money in the director's pockets.

You grin excitedly, "Did you let him join?"

"Why wouldn't I want those connections? He hasn't fallen off the face of the Earth just yet, and hasn't blabbed or fallen out of line so far, so why the heck not?" Despite him having outright referred to his cult as a cult multiple times, and you understanding exactly what that means, you seem to get a kick out of the fact that he even has one, much more that he has such a prominent one. You never really ask him for favors, as you mostly just sit there and ask him who is in his cult and giggle. Perhaps it is because you are not the type to ask favors, and you probably do not still fully realize what him having such a wide-spread cult means.
