Art can be manufactured by God, a human being, even a star or any other creature. It can be made out of flesh, powder, paper, mud or dough. Out of air, sand or water. It can be a building or a street, a drawing or a painting, a wall or a reflection in a window. How the eye and heart perceive it is what makes one decide whether it is considered as art or not.
