Pancakes and Polaroids

"Aki!" you call out "Come to the kitchen. I have a surprise!"

The usual excitable Aki didn't seem to care "Aki?"

You start to get concerned and walk over to his room "Aki?"

"Fuck off..." his voice was shaky, as if he was crying

"Come on Aki... what's wrong?" you look at him through the doorway

His phone lay facedown on the floor his red phone was almost the same color as his blush, getting curious you picked up his phone, seeing a text on the screen 

Takei- "I'm sorry, its not you I think its time for you to move on."

'Oh you poor soul...' you thought. "Aki, its ok..."

"NO ITS NOT!" he snapped at you. "FUCK OFF"

"Hey! its ok. This has happened to me before" you walk over and sit on his bed with him

"I DONT FUCKING CARE!"

you hug him tightly "Its gonna be ok" 

"But..." 

"Shhh" you hush him and begin to rub his ears softly, making him purr

after what felt like ten minutes Aki asked "what was this secret you had for me?..."

"Oh! Me and Ruta were making pancakes and wanted to know if you were interested in joining us." you reply.

Aki's ears perked up and his eyes lit up like Christmas lights "Pancakes?"

"yeah were making pancakes!"

upon hearing the news, the exited neko dashed out of the room, seeming to almost forget what just happened.
