In the lair Donnie was in his lab with Rebecca and using a microscope to get a closer look at her DNA samples

Rebecca: can you explain to me what your doing?

Donnie: I'm curious to know how you can transform into a mutant bat and back into a human at will. When a human in bitten by an Oozesquitoe the effects are permanent but for you that's not the case and I want to know why that it.
