(A/N: I tried something new, not sure about it)

Minho's pov

I sighed

"I worked for the military as their special forces agent and one day my commander said there was a new creature discovered in the sea and we never have seen it before" I said

So our commander told us we should look for it and capture it, all of us agreed and we got the coordinates were the creature was last spotted

"Why didn't you told you worked for the military?" Felix asked

"Because this kind of military are pretty bad, they are running tests on different type of sea creatures and torturing them  and that's why I work now at a sea animal rescue center" I said

"After we got the coordinates, we went with boat to place where the sea creature(s) was spotted

When we arrived at the place we went to look around and we weren't sure if it was still there and the weather wasn't also helping I mean that day was misty, rainy and high waves

But then we heard loud thud from the other side of the ship

"What was it do you think?" I said

"Maybe something fell?"chan asked

"Maybe the sea creature?" Felix asked

Tw! Dead body

We went to place where noise came from.. we saw a lifeless body of our team mate so we checked the body  out like how could this happen? I saw he got bitten by something

But then we heard a noise coming from the other side so we went to check it out

We grabbed our guns because I can case that we have to use it and we grabbed two flashlights

And we went to the other side of the ship, my colleague went to check the deck and I went above

However I heard a sound of singing from outside so when I came outside I saw my colleague let his gun fall on the ground and walked to someone or something who was singing

"What are you doing!" I yelled at him and walked to him

I couldn't believe what I saw when I came closer

A mermaid?

How is that possible? I thought those were myths

I grabbed my gun and aimed in air and fired a shot

I looked to the mermaid, she looked up and she looked back at us and she started crawling to us

I started walking to my team mate and when she came closer, I pushed my team mate away so that she could came to me

I went to grab my gun but before I could get it she came up and pushed me against the floor

Her hands went around my neck with a lot of pressure. Her grip was so strong that she left marks on my neck and throat

Then I heard a loud noise coming, it was like some metal

I saw mermaid laying flat on my body and my team mate has a metal stick in their hand

He knocked down the mermaid

I pushed her of my body

"Are you alright?" They asked

"Yeah I'm fine, don't worry" I said while I rubbed my neck

I got up and we went to the mermaid, we couldn't believe our eyes what we saw

"The boss would be so proud of us" they said excited

"Yeah" I said quietly

We picked her up and threw her in a cage

"What actually happened to the mermaid?" Felix asked

We came back to base and when we arrived we saw our boss coming

"And did you got it?" He asked

We lead our boss to the cage where the mermaid/siren and our boss couldn't believe his eyes

After a few weeks

They were running on the mermaid/siren like taking blood samples, observating her and they called her 'Karina'

"I started feeling guilty for catching her, I mean every time I heard her cry  made me more guilty" I said

"I still hear her cries" I added

"How did it actually end?" Chan asked

"One night, I had night shift and I was doing research like the most times but  I heard some noise coming from the room where the mermaid/siren was

So I went to the room and opened the door. I saw the mermaid/siren looking at and I went to her

"Look, I'm really really sorry What's going on right know.. I wish I could do something" I said and placed my hand on the tank and I looked down

Aahh~

I looked up and she was... stunning
She placed her hand on the glass of the tank and she continued

Aahh~

Her voice was enchanting and luring that all of senses have left me defenseless

Before I could know I opened the top of tank and she swim up and hang on edge

And she got out the tank, her tail transformed in two pair of legs

"Thank you" she said and kissed my cheek and she left

I suddenly started to feel dizzy and my sight was getting blurry but I could see her disappearing

And before I could know I was knocked out on the ground

"Bizarre story" Felix said

I nodded

"It was like I was under a spell and I didn't know" I said

"But did your colleagues find you?" Chan asked serious and cold

"Yes, they found me and few days later I got fired" I said coldly back and stared at him

"We should inform Anne about this" Felix said

"Yes, she should know about this" Chan said

"I'm going to with you" I said and I wanted to get up

"No no, you have rest baby" Felix said and put me down

"But babe" I whined

"You know what the doctors said you have to rest.. we will come back later right Chan?" Felix said

Chan nodded an he suddenly left the room

"What's wrong with him?" I asked

"I don't know" Felix said

"But I see you later" he added and kissed my lips

I nodded

"Chan" I thought
