Aris' POV

I don't like the way hearing her voice makes me feel but chuckling at her statement I respond, "I don't normally... and my name is Aris."

She looks at me dumbfounded and says, "I highly doubt that's true"

A little offended I snap, "I don't like messing around with girls... in my experience nothing good comes out of those situations."

She smirks and responds with, "so you're gay?"

"You are very sure of yourself... what if I didn't find you attractive and I was trying to let you down easy hmm?"

"Then you wouldn't have said what if," she responds and turns to the bartender.

Chloe's POV

The man that introduced himself as Nicolas Jae pointed out the obvious... that his friend has been staring me down all night. I could see that Jo wanted to continue to talk to Nicolas, so I turned around and walked toward the man that continues to capture my attention.

As I approached him, I started the conversation with, "you have a serious staring problem."

He chuckled and the conversation flowed easily which scared me a little because the feelings that have been shoved down for a long time are starting to resurface. Ignoring the butterflies I feel when I hear when his voice I turn to my favorite bartender, Daren who I didn't expect to see tonight, and said "did you miss me?"

He responds with, "Hell yeah! I didn't know that I'd see you again since I had no way to tell you I moved over here." He continues talking with a slight smirk, "what do you say we fix that problem right now?"

"And give you my number? Where's the fun in that?"

Daren responds with, "well I guess I can continue talking to you like the old days." I don't miss how he warily eyes Aris before he responded. I guess he does look a little intimidating though.

Aris turns his body towards me as Daren slides me my usual shots. I quickly down three of them and ask Aris if he wants the last one. He smirks at me and downs the shot but as I try to pay for my drinks he stops me and says, "don't worry about it" he leans closer "I got it... angel."

The butterflies return and I again, ignore the feeling though he's not making it any easier by running his fingers up and down my thigh. To try and put distance between us I offer him and his friend a seat at our booth and he accepts.

On our way to sit down, Jo pulls me back on the dancefloor and starts dancing with me while asking me questions. I couldn't hear her over the blaring music, so I just ignored her and started dancing along with the music. After a few minutes I realize that Aris was missing from our group on the dancefloor and just as I was going to go sit back down, I felt a presence behind me.

I could already tell that it was Aris from the way my body was reacting to his front pressed to my back. I know I normally don't dance with guys when I go out but there's just something about him, so I say fuck it. I turn around and wrap my arms around his neck and his hands automatically go to my waist.

The song changes to something more upbeat but he and I remain the same... slow dancing in the middle of the dancefloor.

I eventually get tired of going through the same motions, so I turned back around feeling bold, and started dancing on him. He stiffened and seemed shocked but wasted no time putting his hands back on my waist. When I start to feel something hard poking at my butt I pressed against him harder. His breath halted and he started moving with me and our breaths both became heavier. I turned again to face him, and he pulled me impossibly close to his chest and whispered, "if you keep teasing me, you're going to have a hell of a punishment tonight."

I responded with, "what makes you think I'm staying with you tonight?" and begin walking away.

He grabs my wrist and pulls me back to him, "what is your name... angel?"

"I think I like your nickname better," I replied winking at him and leaving the dancefloor.

The girls and Dylan were back at the booth, and they looked like they were ready to leave. Well, at least Dylan and Elle looked like they wanted some privacy. Jo remained with Nicolas which is weird because she normally doesn't stick to one guy when we go out. I walked up to them asking "are y'all ready to go?"

Elle and Dylan shouted "Yes!" as Jo and Nicolas ignored us, in their own world.

I laughed as I ushered them out the door practically dragging Jo along. As we were approaching Dylan's car Aris walked out of the club after us. Dylan noticed him following and turned to stop him and asked, "What's your problem man? We're trying to leave... stop following us!"

Aris stepped closer to Dylan getting in his face, "What are you going to do about it?"

Before a fight broke out, I stepped between the two men facing Dylan. Aris automatically put his hands and my waist and Dylan's face flushed with anger so I put a hand on his chest and tried pushing him towards the car, but it was no use. Both men are like a wall of concrete, so I tried talking him out of fighting this man who is at least a foot taller than him. "Listen Dylan please no fighting, let's just leave" turning to look at Aris "I'm sure he won't follow us anymore... right?"

Aris looked at me for a minute before removing his hands and responding "Yeah" and slowly walked back inside.

After calming Dylan down, we all got in the car. Dylan told me to drive since he's still "worked up" and got in the backseat with Elle. Jo talked about Nicolas the entire way back to my apartment which again is weird because she doesn't do monogamy.
