Chapter 6: The Scorching Excalibur

After the incident, Kevin had his reputation turned negative due to almost killing Mei, possibly Theresa as well the possibility of being a harm himself. And because of the backlash, traumas of the past kept coming back to him but get calmed down as the girls were there for him.

Kevin woke up from a dream... a dream that felt real

Flashback 30 minutes ago

Dream Scape

The dream's background was a destroyed city in Australia, where fire still lit up by scorching divine sword. Might of An Utu, an awakened state yet not the true form of the Key of Destruction. Beside it, was someone who just looks like Kevin himself. Approaching the man, his eyes were empty just like his before. And despite the fire that surrounds them both, a cold atmosphere was surrounding both. That coldness was something Kevin is familair with but not as much as his. The atmosphere felt like pressuring you into ground as a the burden of once protector. Let's say... a burden that weighs all of all humanity.

Kevin?: Your consciousness has left your body

Kevin prepared himself as he deployed the Sunfire by imagination

Kevin: Then where am I?

Kevin?: Sea of Quanta, the sea where the worlds are scattered. You are currently on a another world by sleeping so to speak

Kevin: How?

Kevin?: Calling those are rightfully to wield my sword. None of those pathetic Kaslana were never righteous by the key's volition except my previous prodigal. And now, I call upon you to take the offer... no to take the Key of Destruction. If you want to save more, then take it... And don't let it overcome you, overcome... the weapon of the hero KEVIN... However...

KEVIN then stood up as he prepared a stance as he pointed the sword to Kevin

KEVIN: If you defeat me... then I will surely have no regrets on choosing you

Kevin: Then I refuse

KEVIN put down the Might of An Utu

KEVIN: That's surprising

Kevin: I have given up to pursue power. If my strength alone can defeat a mere beast... then a another one won't hurt. Therefore, I shall raise my sword against you

KEVIN: I disagree, the scorching excalibur shall be wield by the right full owner. Make sure to use it often if you don't want it. We are unfortune to be hero of humanity, I hope you won't succumb to madness, Kevin Kaslana

Kevin nodded

After was just random dreams but it's still related about the Key of Destruction. And so he wake up... 

Kevin: ...the scorching excalibur shall be retrieve by the rightful wielder... Maybe I should do so... That would going out without permission...

A knock can be heard from Kevin's door

Mei: Kevin, breakfast is ready

Kevin: I'll prepare myself

One is the Pink Haired girl nightmare and other more traumatic events that's taking him slowly into madness again...
