As they return their attention to the woods, A regular boring night with the same orders too "Hurry up and wait"

???: "Hey Y/N your shifts over but boss needs you" said a distant person

???: "Well Boss's orders and you know Rainbow has been causing major trouble everywhere so it's necessary" he said matter of factly

Y/N: "Yeah yeah alright" he said as he walked towards the building they have been guarding.

Y/N Pov:

A decently sized apartment building turned narco safehouse stocked full of Weed plants and packed with Masks

Making his way through the halls and passing many doors full of the aforementioned White Masks rocking their infamously bland uniform

He finally makes it to the boss's room and knocks, After a Few minutes he hears a "Come in".

Commander: "Ah Y/N exactly who I wanted to see."he said

Y/N: "Yes sir what was it that you needed?"i said

This is him, i could do it now but i don't think i could get away with it yet so patience is my friend

Commander: "Well I'm assigning you with squad C-2."he stated

Y/N: "I'm not questioning your choice sir but why do I need to change squads?"i asked

Commander: "Cause I'm sending you on a hit with them and that squad recently lost some men so I need to start a transition, I'll give you till tomorrow to prepare details will be discussed then too."he reassured

Weird why would he wait to tell me the details of a hit wouldn't you want to make sure it gets down perfectly, with that thought i answered

Y/N: "Yes sir" I says as he exits the room with a quick step being eager to feel the embrace of sleep, After a few minutes he reaches his "room" it was more like a closet but he can't really complain, Some have to sleep in a bathroom.

As he finally lays down to sleep he hears what he assumes is his fellow Mask and a hostage that is screaming loud as fuck.

Mask: "Shut the fuck up and get on your knees" He said angrily

Also Fucking hell do they have to do this shit at this hour? I'm trying to sleep, A few seconds later you hear a muffled pop and with that you lay back down except...
